A heart in love with beauty never grows old.
STARTING A NEW SERIES OF LOVE AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE FROM LAST WEEK. ALONG WITH HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
Hello followers,
Its Friday again, time for the weekend. To top the week, Dan and I along with our friends from Florida went to Blacksburg.
This was Dan’s and my second time there. Last time we went by bus and this time we went by car. What a big difference between going by bus versus car! The outlook of checking out VT Virginia Tech was all the more widen with a car.

We were able to go to the football stadium and explore that area, and met one of the players. Number 37 – Brion Murray, he was a kind soul, spoke with us as well as posing for a picture.
Changing the topic once again! Today Dan and I will be starting on a new series – LOVE.
Love is a set of emotions and behaviors characterized by intimacy, passion, and commitment.
It involves care, closeness, protectiveness, attraction, affection, and trust.
Love can vary in intensity and can change over time.
It is associated with a range of positive emotions, including happiness, excitement, life satisfaction, and euphoria, but it can also result in negative emotions such as jealousy and stress.
When it comes to love, some people would say it is one of the most important human emotions.
Yet despite being one of the most studied behaviors, it is still the least understood. For example, researchers debate whether love is a biological or cultural phenomenon.
QUOTES ABOUT LIVING
LOVE
Love means; I accept you as you are, exactly as you are. It does not mean you are perfect, but it does mean every single thing about you is 100 percent acceptable.
Many things are even more than acceptable, they are wonderful! But there is absolutely nothing you need to change in order to become lovable.
The moment you believe these things about yourself, you have found true love. You are then open to share it with another person who feels the same way.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.
Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.
"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."

So, we will be posting a gallery of pictures on each post, hopefully you will see each one has a story.
This is where we continue on the book: LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today I’m continuing on CHAPTER TWO - WHEN THE PRESSURE IS ON.
Own your choice, the key ingredient for reducing pressure in your difficult relationships is you.
When you own what you are willing to do, commit, give, or limit within relationship, your choice sets the boundaries and consequences.
Choice involves evaluation of the cost and the options.
Then determining the best course of action.
These, in return, cause the pressure to dissipate, like air seeping out of a torn tire.
Be bold! Determine your course.
Courage and resolve undergird your decisions when you act on what you know is true.
Give yourself time to access the situation. Take a breather. You don’t want to rush your decisions when under pressure, but you do need to know that if you don’t steer your own boat; someone else will be happy to steer it for you.
This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. Continuing on the health benefits on PEPPERMINT. You might be surprised!
Peppermint has vasodilatory effects which help in the dilation of constricted blood vessels to prevent headache and migraine.
All you need to do is apply a few drops of peppermint oil on your forehead, temples and back to reduce the pain.
If you are sensitive to peppermint oil, then you can dilute it with coconut oil or olive oil before applying.
Tomorrow I’ll post more peppermint benefits.
NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
