An intention can be a guidepost for each day.
Deciding and living with intentions is like setting a specific spot of destination on the map, and then this map guides you to the perfect path that is your destination or goal.
These intentions come from visualizing your preferences and affirming them, and as a result, all these affirmations and goals will prompt the brain and the universe to save from any interruptions or distractions.

Allow your mind to focus on this intention and visualize how you can incorporate it today.
See yourself as you want to act, respond, and communicate.
As your day progresses, remind yourself of your intention.
An intention can be a guidepost for each day.
If you feel off course, remember your vision and act, respond, or communicate from that guidepost.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

So often we set goals through external ideas of what we think we should do or even what we think we want to do but is based on external influence.
Quiet your mind in these 10 minutes to relax into the receptive mode of your inner being to receive the goals that are of your highest most loving good instead.
You may be amazed at what comes through.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
