This is the day that we relax and get ready for a new week.
The holiday season begins, I taught our daughter that you can have fun; however, the number one rule is to use safety.
So, for my family, friends, and viewers, use safety during this holiday season.
November starts off the season with Thanksgiving.
Remind yourself to always look up because there is always hope, inspiration, and wonder to behold.
No matter what life throws at you, you can spend your life looking down at where you are going, or you can spend your life looking up, contemplating the things that are above.
Yes, always look up.
Also, stop and lift your head whenever you feel like life’s too hard or headed in the wrong direction.

AFTER IT RAINS, SOMETIMES THE SUN comes out and rainbows appear.
Take a moment to stand in the presence of a rainbow in awe, looking up at the sky that just released the rain.
Remind yourself to always look up because there is always hope, inspiration, and wonder to behold.
So, today look up and see the sun shining and notice what is taking place.
Acknowledge the appeal each day brings and remember that hope and wonder are always within reach.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
In hard times we often forget that in the end, everything is going to be ok.
