Always trust your gut, it knows what your head has not figured out yet.
It is Thursday!
Do you listen to your gut instinct?
When I was diagnosed with cancer, I had many conversations with Dan; stating that I did not want to do it the conventional way.
I did not want to be cut, poisoned, or burned.
So, we searched on the computer and found other ways to treat cancer.
We found a treatment in Mexico that not only treated the disease but taught us a program to keep healthy.
Listening to your gut instincts can prove determining issues in your life.
We have an inner intuition that we must listen to, it is trying to guide us to success.
Your spirit knows what is right for you.
It knows what directions you need to take for your highest good and the good of others.
The thinking mind is a formidable tool that is meant to be used, but it pales in comparison to the inner wisdom of your intuition.
Dan and my blog are meant to inspire you to trust your gut feelings and do what is best for your life so that you may attain success.
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
May 18th
A ROOSTER CROWS SIGNALING the start of a new day.
Soon after his morning call, the sun surfaces over the horizon.
Every day he knows when dawn is going to break because of his internal clock.
Through instinct, he acts.
Our internal clock and biological instincts provide us with important cues, like waking up each day.
Think about the things your body just knows it needs to do.
Our bodies are amazing and deserve love and appreciation each day.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Friday, never apologize for trusting your intuition,
your brain can play tricks, your heart can blind,
but your gut is always right.
