And you ask, ‘What if I fall?’ Oh, but what if you fly?

Hello Followers,
Thank goodness it is Friday!
Ready for the weekend?
Dan and I are encouraging you to spread your wings this weekend.
No matter how mentally strong we are daily, everyone can feel a bit overwhelmed in certain circumstances.
These are the times when, even if someone cannot literally help us solve our problems, a few words of encouragement can put us back on the right track.
We sometimes feel exhausted, and we do not want to deal with whatever is happening to us.
Moreover, when everything seems to be going wrong, we do not even see the point in fighting anymore.
It feels like we are sailing against the wind.
Yet, we somehow find the strength to carry on whenever someone tells us “You have got this”.
People may not always be there for you exactly when you need them to be.
Not because they do not want to, but because such things can simply happen.
So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
September 8th.
DISCOURAGEMENT CAN KEEP us from trying to move forward.
But you are stronger than that.
You are greater than the fear-based thoughts that plague your mind when you feel discouraged.
You are a strong, capable, and talented person and can-do great things.
When you face a setback, get back up as quickly as you fall.
You are resilient and discouragement can quickly be turned into motivation to get up, move forward, and learn.
You are becoming.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This 7-minute meditation for encouragement reminds you to slow down.
You are doing just fine as you are.
You are doing your best in this season, whatever it is bringing to you, that is all you can ask of yourself.
The encouragement in this meditation comes in the form of a few affirmations you can continue repeating to yourself throughout your day.
This affirming encouragement will help your brain to change, becoming more compassionate to yourself.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Saturday, embrace uncertainty.
Some of the most beautiful chapters in our lives won’t have a title until much later.
