Hello Followers,
Welcome to Thursday!
If you set yourself a goal and work toward it, you are using clock time.
You are aware of where you want to go, but you honor and give your fullest attention to the step that you are taking at this moment.
Never forget three types of people in your life:
Those who helped you in your difficult times.
Those who left you in your difficult times.
Those who put you in your difficult times.
Remember there are three things that never come back.
Time.
Word.
And opportunity.
Therefore, do not waste time.
Choose your words.
And do not miss the opportunity.
Be selfish with your time.
A lot of people do not deserve it.
Tough times never last, but tough people do.
If you are depressed, you are living in the past.
If you are anxious, you are living in the future.
If you are at peace, you are living in the present.
Do not be fooled by the calendar.
There are only as many days in the year as you make use of.
You will never find time for anything.
If you want time, you must make it.
You cannot make up for lost time.
You can only do better in the future.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- WATER
Water does not resist.
Water flows.
When you plunge your hand into it, all you feel is a caress.
Water is not a solid wall; it will not stop you.
But water always goes where it wants to go, and nothing in the end can stand against it.
Water is patient.
Dripping water wears away a stone.
Remember you are half water.
If you cannot go through an obstacle, go around it.
Water does.

RAIN IS A GIFT
We talk about rain as a dreary thing, gray skies and full clouds blocking out the sun.
But water gives us life, sends vital moisture into the soil and into the rivers, softening the ground and growing the plants.
It grows our food, makes up most of our physical form, cleans off the sweat from our bodies.
We are so dependent on water, and here it is, falling out of the sky toward our waiting world.
The next time you see a raindrop, you might want to say thank you.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
This 5-minute guided meditation allows you to tune into the idea of being a vast ocean full of opportunities!
Life itself is like a vast ocean of limitless opportunities, just waiting for you to dive in and explore.
Each day is a new adventure, full of potential and possibility.
No matter what challenges you may face, there is always a way to overcome them and move forward.
Enjoy!
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Friday, water is the soul of the Earth.
