This is how you will spread joy into this world.
Joy is defined as the emotion of great delight or happiness caused by something good.
Finding joy in everything is important because being happy with what you have or do is what drives you to achieve your goals.
Being happy and content in life reduces stress and anxiety, leading to a more contented and peaceful life.
If we have joy in what we do, we see our surroundings in a positive light.
If you carry joy in your heart, you can heal any moment.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- SIMPLE
Surely, we have all fallen into the trap of waiting for great abundance to feel that special joy, but we do not have too anymore.
There is greatness in the simple everyday things that give us happiness and fulfillment.
Keep an eye out for that sunset, that hug from a friend and never underestimate that morning cup of coffee.
Simplicity brings substantial contentment and famous individuals around the world fancy the same outlook with us on this one.
They too enjoy the clarity of seeing where true happiness lies and have expressed themselves freely about it.
Once it is clear that more of everything in life is more complex and less tranquil, it is then that effortless smiles appear more often.

Life is very complicated, often overwhelming.
So, every day we are faced with thousands of choices, both large and small.
We adapt as we learn, choosing differently as we learn more.
But it can also be very simple.
We can choose simplicity, choose to focus on life moment by moment.
It is not always possible, but it is something we cannot cultivate.
