Hello Followers,
Welcome to Sunday!
Life is not made up of minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or years.
It is made up of moments, and you must experience each one before you can appreciate it.
There is no moment more precious than the exact moment they are living.
And that exact moment has a lot to do with how future moments play out.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- MISTAKES
Dan and I have a phrase that we try to live by; there are no mistakes, just lessons, trust yourself and love yourself, anything is possible.
It is easy to think of mistakes as negative things.
Often, our first thought is that we must have done something wrong for us to mess up.
But not all mistakes are wrong, and not all errors should be avoided.
As humans, we are all flawed individuals.
That is why learning how to accept our imperfections and knowing how to make them work for us instead are great skills to master.
If we learn how to handle our mistakes, then life, in general, will be much easier to deal with.
So, do not be afraid when you mess up, stumble, or fall!
That one misstep will help you get stronger and more resilient in the future.

LEARN FROM MISTAKES
It can be painful to realize when you have made a mistake, especially if your mistake harms others.
The only way to move forward is to allow the realization to shape and change how you act in the future.
Your actions are the most important part of showing that you have learned and understand your mistakes.
While you can ask others for forgiveness, you are only in charge of what you can do.
What you can do is learn, and change.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This Saturday, Spring was in the air, Dan and I enjoyed the 69th Annual Vinton Dogwood Festival.
There is such a neat spirit about the Dogwood Festival.
Live music started at 10 a.m. and around 2 p.m. a parade.
Some of the performers included the William Byrd High School Jazz Band, Rare Form and Jerry Wimmer and Terry Hannabass.
All these performances took place at the Vinton Farmers’ Market Stage.
There was also a kids’ zone and petting zoo.
There was tightrope walking, aerial work, juggling and comedy.
The festival had plenty of retail and food vendors.
Organizers said there were more than 160 vendors this year.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Monday, mistakes have the power to turn you into something better than you were before.
