Hello Followers,
Thank goodness it is Friday!

Are you getting ready for the weekend?
Dan and I are going to take a stroll at our favorite greenway spot.
Sometimes, the most peaceful moments come when we simply pause and take in the beauty of nature around us.
To sit in the shade on a fine day, and look upon the verdure of the landscape, is the most perfect refreshment.
Today we are going to explore the social benefits of outdoor activities.
Engaging in outdoor activities offers numerous advantages, not just for individuals but also for building social ties and connections.
When people come together for group activities like team sports or community gatherings, they cultivate a spirit of belonging.
These collective experiences can enhance friendships and forge enduring relationships, leading to a more satisfying social life.
The teamwork and communication fostered in outdoor settings are vital skills that benefit both personal and professional interactions.
The great outdoors provides a distinctive social backdrop that indoor spaces often lack.
Nature encourages relaxation and open conversation, enabling people to connect meaningfully without technological interruptions or the hustle and bustle of urban life.
Whether sharing tales by a campfire or a long-distance hike through scenic trails with friends, these natural moments can strengthen bonds and create cherished memories.

GROUNDING
Today as we continue our series on grounding, Dan and I will explore the fourth practice for you to try with us.
Notice: Find a comfortable spot on the ground or under a tree and immerse yourself in your surroundings.
Engage your senses fully and notice the details of the natural world around you.
This is an Original 5-minute guided meditation that will allow you to ground your energy, followed by cleansing.
You then get the option to continue to do which feels best to you at this moment.
Until Saturday, nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.
In nature, there is no rush, no hurry.
Everything unfolds in its own time, reminding us that
peace comes when we let go of the need for speed.
