Finally, Friday!




Think less, feel more!


There is something about nature that gets our blood flowing smoother and our heart beating stronger.


There is probably some sort of research about endorphins and all sorts of science that can explain why the wilderness refreshes us.


So, this weekend, join Dan and I and go out into nature!



Forest and woodlands are ideal places to go back to nature and to feel refreshed.


Stand amongst the trees and soak up the peaceful atmosphere.


Breathe in the forest smells, the woods essential oils, moss and soil create magical aromas.



Watch beams of light through the leaf canopy, enjoy the textures of rough bark and soft undergrowth and look out for signs of insects and wildlife.


Discover your surroundings and do not forget to take a picnic to complete a memorable trip.


THE WORD OF THE DAY- RAIN



Rain is essential for humans because life cannot exist without water.


It is a beautiful natural phenomenon that interest people of all ages.


Some see it as a sign of joy, while others see it as a sign of depression and gloom.


However, nothing compares to the calming effect of rain on our skin and spirits.



So, when it is raining walk in the rain, and smell the beautiful fragrance of nature.


Misunderstood more than anything else, this beauty of nature has only benefited to offer.


Depending on the season, rain can come and settle the warm air to cool the heat and replaces all evaporation.


It somehow conveys some alone time for many who use it to fill their heart with warmth.



Even a few drizzles can bring about a sense of great satisfying joy when they touch your body and are tempted to stay outdoors a few seconds before it starts to pour.


Many times, it is the emotional state that people have connected it with that brings a lonely feeling upon them.


Yet others find a sense of delight, peace of mind and a slower pace in their daily routine.



Unlike the energy of the sun, the water falling from above has a deeper connection to emotions and memory, such as reminiscing and feelings of homesick as during these periods, individuals find it as an opportunity to cuddle and stay indoors and see each other more.


However, one might see it, rain undoubtedly has a special sentimental and emotional power to change anything from a simple routine to create a masterpiece.

FEEL THE RAIN



A rainy day is shorthand for a boring or hard day, but the rain is what feeds us all.


It waters the plants, gives life to the animals around us, washes away the old, and invites new growth.


Rain is a gift.



Part of the endless cycle of rebirth that the world around us dances through every season.


Without it, we would wander lost and hungry, parched.


When it rains, celebrate the joy of water and the cycles we are part of.
