Question of the day, are we going to do our best today?

Trying your best is making sure that you have turned up and you have done something as well as you possibly can.


You have pushed yourself to your maximum talent and ability at your current stage because Dan and I of course always believe in the power of growth!


There is no room for excuses.

You either tried your very best or you did not.


It is an innate feeling; you will just know.


There is a certain peace and calmness to knowing you tried your very best.


If your result was what you wanted, then of course you will be satisfied, however, what happens when the result you got was not the optimal outcome?

If you honestly feel like you did your very best, there was nothing left in you at that time and therefore you cannot be hard on yourself.


You regroup and try harder next time.


No matter what lies ahead of you today, align yourself with your highest most loving energy to be of your best, your natural state of being.

THE PURSUIT OF PERFECTION is a losing battle because nothing will ever be perfect.


Since everything is consistently changing, it would be impossible to try to make something permanent.

We do this with ourselves, our children, our friends, our job, and even where we live.


When we live in a state of acceptance, we can come to terms with things just as they are.


There is always room for improvement, yet perfection is an unreasonable goal.

Aim for better and then accept what is.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Be at your best with this 10-minute guided meditation.


No matter what lies ahead of you today, align yourself with your highest most loving energy to be of your best - your natural state of being.
