Hello followers,


Welcome Tuesday!


Music has a healing power.


It could take people out of themselves for a few hours.


 Music does not get in.



Music is already in.


Music simply uncovers what is there, makes you feel emotions that you did not necessarily know you had inside you, and runs around waking them all up.


A rebirth.



THE WORD OF THE DAY- MUSIC


Numerous scientific and psychological studies have shown that music can lift our moods, combat depression, improve blood flow in ways like statins, lower levels of stress-related hormones such as cortisol, and ease pain.


 Music can lift us out of depression or move us to tears.

It is a remedy.



 But for some music is even more, it can provide access, even when no medication can, to movement, to speech, to life.


For them, music is not a luxury, but a necessity.


Each time you play music, it becomes new.

The frogs are croaking, the bugs are buzzing, the birds are singing.


Even the wind has its own song as it moves through the trees and past your window.


When was the last time you stopped listening to the music of the world around you?



Even a city sings in siren and radios.


We humans are so good at making music, but we struggle to hear the music all around us, the songs that do not need our participation.


They are playing just for you.
