Hello followers,

Welcome to Thursday!

Later, this is a word that we all have said from time to time.

Dan and I certainly have said this!

LIKE -

Will talk to you later.

Will call you later.

See you all later.

We are going for a walk later.

I will tell you later.

We postpone everything but forget that later is not ours.

Later, our loved ones are no longer with us.

Later we would not hear them or see them anymore.

Later they will only be memories.

Later day will become night, force will become power.

Smile becomes a frown and life becomes death.

Later becomes too late.

Do it right now. ❤️

Lesson of Life

THE WORD OF THE DAY- INTENTIONAL

Intention can be defined as something that you want and plan to do.

A direction.

Intentional living simply means to live the life that you truly want.

A life by design of your choosing, rather than living a life that just happens to you.

It sounds wonderful and simple in theory, but of course there are barriers that need to be overcome, mainly our own thoughts.

An unintentional life accepts everything and does nothing.

An intentional life embraces only the things that will add to the mission of significance.

DEVELOP YOUR ABILITY TO BE INTENTIONAL

Your intentions share every action.

With firm and specific intention, even the most boring chore can become a ritual.

The power of intention is that it dedicates our action toward a goal, making us more mindful and focused.

Intentions can be as large as a New Year’s resolution or as small as the choice to remain mindful as you walk down the street.

To be more intentional is to cultivate a better awareness of why and how you do the things you do and improve the quality of your life through that mindfulness.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Planting your intentions for the day can be a powerful and transformative practice.

It offers a serene and focused start to your day, allowing you to set clear intentions and align your mindset with your goals.

By taking a few moments to quiet your mind, you create the space needed to cultivate positive thoughts, and channel your energy toward achieving your desired outcomes.

This practice can enhance your overall well-being, boost productivity, and improve your ability to navigate daily challenges with a sense of purpose and resilience.

So, take a moment to cultivate a more intentional and purposeful day ahead.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Friday, intentional living is the art of making our own choices before others’ choices make us.
