HAPPY WEEKEND!
Today it is all about resilience.
The thing to remember about life is that the ups and downs go hand in hand.
You cannot appreciate the good without the bad, and you cannot endure the bad without the confidence that it will lead to something good eventually.
When Dan and I tackle obstacles, we find our hidden reserves of courage and resilience we did not know we had.
And it is only when we are faced with failure do, we realize that these resources were always there within us.
We only need to find them and move on with our lives.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- RESILIENT
It is often said that life is not a bed of roses.
It is but probably not in the way you think.
On the one hand, rose petals are soft and beautiful.
On the other hand, roses come with thorns.
It has both petals and thorns, and you cannot really have one without the other.
It is not your hardships that define how good or bad your life is.
Rather, it is how you carry those hardships, and whether you choose to let them make or break you.
