Hello followers,
HAPPY WEEKEND!
Have you ever made a promise and wished that you did not make it or did not keep it?
Promises are powerful things.
They can be a source of strength, motivation, and self-esteem.
They can also help us achieve our goals.
That is why it is important to make promises carefully and to keep them whenever possible.
THE WORD OF THE DAY-PROMISES
A promise is a vow or pledge to do something.
It is a commitment to another person or to oneself.
Promises can be made in a variety of settings, from personal relationships to professional contexts.
There is power in promises.
When we make a promise, we are essentially saying that we believe in ourselves and our ability to keep our word.
We also say that we value the person or people to whom we are making the promise.
Promises are powerful commitments we make to ourselves and others.
They represent trust, reliability, and accountability.

MAKE PROMISES AND KEEP THEM
The promises we make to one another form the foundation of our collective lives.
Even the small promises we make are important, bringing us closer to each other.
Honoring those commitments, large and small, helps us keep the faith and chart a stable course into the future.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
In this meditation we focus on the promises we make to ourselves and most importantly, keeping those promises.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Sunday, it is not what a person tells you that matters.
It is how they treat you that reveals their true feelings.
Their character is revealed not by the promises they make, but by the promises they keep.
