Autumn colors remind us we are all one dancing in the wind.
Hello Followers,
Welcome to Tuesday!
Love the changing of the leaves.
The colors and the cool air, excites me for as Floridian born; I had not experienced neither until four years ago.
As the leaves begin to turn and the days grow shorter, some of us find ourselves feeling a little bit torn between joy over the fresh start of a beautiful new season and the tendency to be deeply reflective.
Summer is over, winter is just around the corner, and we are determined to squeeze every drop of beauty out of autumn.
On the strongly positive side, we have cooler temperatures and the amazing, vibrant colors of autumn.
Whether it is the deep reds, the bright yellows, or the electric oranges, the colors of fall are truly stunning.
And they can have a profound effect on our moods, inspiring feelings of awe and motivation.
Overwhelmed overthinkers, this is your reminder to stop and smell the pumpkin spice or maybe fresh apple cider if you prefer.
Take a break from that endless to-do list long enough to soak in the autumn colors.
It is easy to get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life that we forget to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us.
So, this fall, let us take a cue from nature and let the colors of the season inspire us to slow down, be present, and simply enjoy the show.
So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
September 26th
AS THE SUN RISES OVER THE DESERT, it spreads its golden glow.
The stunning yet stark scenery is illuminated, displaying reds, oranges, and greens.
Before the heat sets in, the cool morning air feels brisk, offering temporary relief from the sun’s powerful heat.
There is a tranquility to a desert morning.
Even the harshest environment provides something alluring.
When you face a harsh situation, look for the good in it and illuminate what is cloaked in darkness.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Welcome to this Fall equinox Meditation in September 2023.
Enjoy Fall, the beginning of autumn.
Time to Focus inwards, time to harvest.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Wednesday, fall has always been my favorite season.
The time when everything bursts with its last beauty,
as if nature had been saving up all year for the grand finale.
