It is often said that rain helps us appreciate the rainbow.
That is true for any of life's challenges.
Facing problems and struggling every now and then are simply inevitable.
Regardless of how well we have planned for setbacks, trials come out of nowhere and cause painful situations.
Dealing with uncomfortable emotions is never easy.
But no matter the struggle, you have the power to overcome anything through perseverance and strength.
It is important to remember nothing is forever.
In other words, this too shall pass, and your resilience will grow.

AS YOU GET READY FOR THE MORNINGS, repeat these healing words to restore your soul for a fresh start to the day –
I offer myself grace today.
As I give grace when I feel underserved.
I open my heart to receive from others.
I let go of judgments and fears for they no longer serve me.
I welcome healing.
Life is not perfect, and I cannot expect myself to be.
I release my expectations and embrace the blessing that is today.
I welcome newness and possibility with open arms.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This is a guided mindfulness meditation on healing.
It is for healing the mind, body, and soul.
This meditation session is intended to inspire care for yourself and others, and to help reduce anxiety and pain.
It is important to take time to bring healing and focus to yourself, and thus, be more prepared to excel in your daily life.
Love for yourself is just as important as your love for others.
Wishing you hope and healing in this meditation session.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
