Hello Followers,
Do the things you used to talk about doing but never did.
Know when to let go and when to hold on tight.
Stop rushing.
Don't be intimidated to say it like it is.
Stop apologizing all the time.
Learn to say no, so your yes has some oomph.
Spend time with the friends who lift you up, and cut loose the ones who bring you down.
Stop giving your power away.
Be more concerned with being interested than being interesting.
Be old enough to appreciate your freedom, and young enough to enjoy it.
Finally know who you are.
Thirty-five years ago today, I gave birth to our daughter, Danielle.
It was Dan’s and my Christmas gift in 1986 to each other that changed our world forever, in a good way.
Dan and I were together enjoying life, just the two of us for five years; until we decided to expand our family and have a child.
Not ever being parents, was scary and would be a change in our lives.
BUT!
Changing behaviors or habits that aren’t serving you well is a good start to moderation.
Decide what you want to change, respect your own limitations and understand your goals.
Start with small changes and work up to bigger changes.
Moderation comes with unique challenges, but also presents unique opportunities for wellness.
Having Danielle was the best of the best decisions that we made between the two of us

Contemplate its pronouncements and see if you can frame them logically in words, that’s a good way to distinguish between intuition and the fearfulness prompted.
Try an anxious temperament.
Sometimes intuition is drowned by other peoples’ voices, or by consciously collected evidence.
So, find a quiet place where you can tune into your inner voice of truth.

I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.
WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?

Everyone knows when exploders are angry.
They blow up and blow out.
They yell, break things, stomp, curse, and demand.
Their mouth becomes a machine gun, shooting loud and deadly bullets.
Exploder’s mull over their problem, determine a resolution, drop cloaked hints to clue you to their need, then when you don’t pick up on what they want; they lose it.

Living in a modern society means that we have plenty of pressure in our lives from family, social, and career responsibilities.
