BE FREE AND EXPRESS YOURSELF, DO WHAT COMES NATURAL
Hello,
Its time to express myself for its been 55 days since the stay at home here in Virginia was advised. I’m not complaining just expressing myself on the new norm. I decided to write a piece on expressing yourself for in this uncertain time, we may not always express ourselves or know how to go about it.
I remember when I was diagnosed with cancer, I had a hard time expressing myself to the closest people around me. It was hard to show my feelings at the same time as being strong. My husband and daughter were my rock and helped me to speak out on my choices and what our plans were.
Expressing yourself is the first step towards being true to yourself. It’s difficult to find happiness and form meaningful connections with people if you don’t know how to express yourself.
Expressing your feelings and opening up to people can be difficult for many different reasons. You might think that others won’t have a positive response when you open up to them and express yourself.
You might have a hard time being true to yourself because you aren’t in touch with your feelings and aren’t sure about to label the emotions that you experience.
Being afraid to stand out is another common issue. Being the center of attention can feel uncomfortable if this isn’t something you do regularly.
If you have low self-esteem, you might not know how to express yourself because you believe that your thoughts and feelings aren’t worthy of being expressed.
Perfectionism is another common barrier to expressing oneself. If you are a perfectionist, you might feel that you can’t express a thought until you have found the perfect words for it
Past experiences can have a huge impact on the negative feelings tied to embracing your uniqueness.
Deciding to express yourself and embrace who you are is a big step. Keep in mind that getting in touch with your emotions and learning to express yourself will make you happier. This process takes time. Be patient with yourself, and don’t judge yourself too harshly if you feel that you aren’t getting results right away.
Remember, to prepare yourself for receiving feedback from others, and accept that not all feedback will be positive. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and you shouldn’t expect to please everyone you meet. It’s also important to realize that other’s opinions have a very limited impact on your life. Keep things in perspective when you receive feedback, and be mindful of not focusing on what others might think of you. Remind yourself that your value doesn’t depend on what others think of you.

Today, I’m remembering our visit and seminar with Dr. Weber three years ago. He has inspired Dan and I about LASER THERAPY. A pioneer of modern laser therapy, Dr. Weber has been working as a Medical Doctor in Germany for more than 20 years. Today he manages three medical centers for general and internal medicine, pain therapy, naturopathy (acupuncture) and photodynamic tumor therapy.
Weberneedle® Endo is a modular 12-channel laser system for intravenous, interstitial and intra-articular laser therapy.
Besides his medical degrees, Dr. Weber holds a diploma in biochemistry, which made a decisive contribution to the research and development of the new laser technology.
As president of the International Society for Medical Laser Applications (ISLA) and co-editor of several international medical journals, his focus is on research and publication of new methods. For this purpose, Dr. Weber collaborates with numerous international institutions and universities.
The patented Weberneedle® technology, which was developed by Dr. Weber himself, allows us to apply highly focused and efficient lasers of different wavelengths for the benefit of our patients’ health.

Explaining the method of photodynamic cancer therapy in combination with liposomal indocyanine green as photosensitizer and infrared laser light, ultrasound and shockwaves as stimulants.
Dr. Weber gave a seminar which we were invited to attend and completed on LOW-LEVEL-LASER THERAPY. The therapy concept of LOW-LEVEL-LASER THERAPY has been developed in Germany and is based on the usage of soft lasers. Unlike surgical lasers that destroy tissue and cells, soft lasers supply our body with energy to trigger numerous regenerative processes.
Medical laser therapy applies blue, green, yellow, red and infrared lasers. Each color develops different effects which are evoked by the stimulation of specific cellular components, such as growth factors or cells of our immune system. These effects have been proven by a large number of clinical studies.
LOCAL LASER THERAPY (non- invasive) and Laser Needle Acupuncture. This laser therapy applies up to twelve so-called laser needles simultaneously. They are not inserted into the skin, but only attached externally. These needle-like laser ends have the ability to achieve a high-energy density that can penetrate directly into the body to stimulate pain areas and develop healing mechanisms. This works for spine syndromes, arthrosis, slipped disc, rheumatic diseases, tendinitis, trigeminal neuralgia, depressions, MS, gastro-intestinal diseases, allergies, asthma, hypertension, and diabetes.
TRANSCRANIAL LASER THERAPY stimulates various neurological processes which makes it an innovative and promising new treatment option for post-treatment of strokes, the treatment of Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, cerebral sclerosis, migraines, vertigo, tinnitus and other degenerative cerebral disorders.
INTERSTITIAL LASER THERAPY in order to bring even more laser light into low-lying tissue layers, a new technique, the percutaneous interstitial laser therapy, was developed. By using a sterile catheter, it reaches penetration depths of up to 12cm. This therapy works on Chronic spinal disorders, Herniated discs, Scar pain after disc surgery, Spinal stenosis, Nerve lesions, Tendonitis and strains.
INTRA-ARTICULAR LASER THERAPY is used primarily in the treatment of damaged joints by application of the newly developed catheter technology. It allows direct irradiation of dysfunctional tissues. This therapy works on Knee joint arthrosis, Hip arthrosis, Chronic shoulder syndromes, Ankle arthrosis.
LASER THERAPY IN COMBINATION WITH PLATELET RICH PLASMA, this therapy simulates cell reproduction, angiogenesis and the formation of connective tissue. The injection combined with laser therapy, taking advantage of the regenerative effects of the laser irradiation and thus obtaining even better treatment results. Due to its analgesic, anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effects, treatment can improve various conditions as Orthopedics (arthrosis, bone regeneration), Sports Medicine (tendinopathy, fractures, wound healing) and Aesthetic Medicine (skin rejuvenation, scar treatment, hair loss).
INTRAVENOUS LASER THERAPY enables the application of laser light directly into the bloodstream by using a special catheter technology. The laser light stimulates circulating blood cells and stem cells. This therapy works for Internal diseases (diabetes mellitus, chronic liver and kidney diseases), Metabolic disorders, Cardiovascular diseases, Chronic pain, Fibromyalgia and rheumatism, Allergies, Macular degeneration, Tinnitus, Multiple sclerosis, Depression and burn-out, Lyme disease, and General performance increase (in sports).
PHOTODYNAMIC TUMOR THERAPY is a therapeutic approach in the treatment of various tumor diseases. The method is based on the stimulation of light-sensitive substances. It is either applied to the skin in the form of a cream, given into the blood-stream by infusion/or is injected locally into the tumor.
EXTERNAL PDT FOR THE TREATMENT OF SKIN CANCER works for treatment of basal cell carcinoma or keratosis. A special cream with light-sensitive substance is applied locally to the affected skin area. The subsequent laser irradiation destroys tumor cells selectively.
SYSTEMIC AND INTERSTITIAL PDT THERAPY. The light-sensitive substance is administrated by infusion and activated through systemic intravenous. The laser can now irradiate and destroy the disease tissue locally. This therapy works for Pancreatic cancer, Mediastinal metastases, Breast tumor, Tumor in the floor of the mouth, Tumor in the esophagus, rectum or intestinal and Prostate or bladder tumor.
ANTI-MICROBIAL PHOTODYNAMIC THERAPY aims to kill bacterial, viral parasitic pathogens. The procedure is very similar to the one used in Photo-dynamic Tumor Therapy. The great advantage of the therapy is that it even kills mulitresistant pathogens. This therapy works for Viral diseases (hepatitis, HIV, herpes, etc.), Bacterial infections, Multiresistant staphylococci, Parasitic diseases, Lyme disease.
Dr. Weber also developed the LOW-LEVEL-LASER THERAPY watch. Dan and I use the laser watch, for more info you can contact us at mycolorfuljourney@gmail.com
Dan and I are so grateful to have learned from one of the best and he awarded us for his seminar our training certificate.
If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. Bruce Lee
The Only Way Love Can Last A Lifetime 💋
Good morning Monday 😊 The only way love can last a lifetime is if it's Unconditional. The Truth is this; love is not determined by the one being loved, but rather by the one choosing to love. Have a peaceful and lovely day 💗💋💗
It's a tiny revolution to express yourself fully and be who you want to be, especially when systems tell you that you can't. I've realized how powerful it is for me to just discuss issues with young people and begin conversations. Amandla Stenberg
