Be not afraid of going slowly, be afraid only of standing still.

Hello Followers,


Welcome Tuesday,


Time to slow down!

We all lead busy lives.


We jump from work to family, to friends, to appointments, to shopping.


And so, the list goes on.

There is always something that needs to be done.


Always somewhere to be and something to check off the list.

It is exhausting, both mentally and physically.


But what if you slowed down and lightened the load, just enough to enjoy life a little more?

To watch more sunsets, sip more coffee, and find a little bit of calm.


Life really does pass by so quickly.


Children grow up and leave home.


Friends move to new places.


Elderly relatives slip away.


And you are left sitting there, wondering where the time went.

That is Dan and I!


 You cannot stop these things from happening, and you cannot make time stand still, you can embrace the here and now.


You can slow down and enjoy life, for every amazing moment it has to offer.

Next time you are in a rush, stop and think, do you really need to run out the door?


Or could you hold off for half an hour to read a few pages of your favorite book?


And do you really need to race home after work?


Or could you take the scenic route and sing your heart out to your favorite playlist?

You might think that by taking things slower, you are just wasting time.


But what if, in all the chaos, in all the clocking in and out and mounting pressures, you are instead wasting the time you have?


Life is undeniably precious.

And with every hour of every day, there are memories to make and hold onto.


Surely, that is reason enough to rush a little less and enjoy a little more.


Slow down and enjoy the season to be JOLLY!

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.


They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

CHOOSE TO TAKE THINGS a little slower today.


There is no need to rush.

Life happens at the pace we choose.


Welcome the joy of missing out into your life and take in the moment and place you are in.


Sometimes the only company you need is your own.


Seek solitude in your slowness to find answers within.

Just for today, allow your pace to be unrushed and notice how much more you remember from your day when you spend your time more mindfully.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This 10-minute guided meditation will slow it down to a peaceful calm. 

Envision yourself sitting on a rock in front of a soothing waterfall, feeling its flow, as you flow with the present moment.


 Enjoy!

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
