Dan and I are getting ready for the week ahead.

HAPPY SUNDAY!


We are like a flower blooming; through our growth we step into milestones.


Every obstacle in our journey became a milestone, an occasion for further triumph.


We have a model in front of us now, a model which blazes our trail and gives us strength.


Be patient as your life unfolds.

And enjoy each milestone.


You will see that every step was worth it!

We usually tend to try very hard to make things work when we are facing difficulties in our lives.


The more we fight, the more we feel stuck and struggle until we get tired and decide to let it be.


Sometimes, all we need to do is just step back and let life unfold to us.

It does not mean that we give up.


It just means that we take a leap of faith and believe that things are working out for us eventually.

THERE IS SOMETHING SPECIAL about anticipating the blossoming of a flower.

As the buds begin to develop, you can see the firmly wound petals slowly bursting to the surface.


It is exciting to know that something remarkable is about to occur and worth observing.


Then when the blossom opens, you can appreciate its intricacies at a deeper level because you waited.

You are blossoming.


Be patient as your life unfolds.


Soon you will see that the waiting was well worth it.

RECAPPING THE WEEK


May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.



Happiness is a state of mind. It is just according to the way you look at things.



Your talent is God's gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back to God.



Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.



It is not happiness that brings us gratitude. It is gratitude that brings us happiness.



We do not drift in good directions. We discipline and prioritize ourselves there.



Give yourself a gift: the present moment.




PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Our moments of glory should not just be when we achieved our goals.


It is in our sustained efforts that need to be spotlighted, because it is our sustained efforts that push us past the finishing line.


Gifts of elevation remind us to pause and replenish the self-whilst in pursuit of self-betterment.

It can also act as a reminder to elevate our spiritual awareness and maintain heart-fulness in our daily undertakings.


As we take care of maintaining the radiant selves that we are, the world elevates and becomes vibrant with lightness! ✨🌏✨


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.


This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

Dan and Sherry's journey through Virginia and Civil War history.


As we journey through Virginia, we try to imagine what it might have been like. Walking through the fields, seeing the toys, buildings, cars, cooking items, pictures, artwork and much more; imagining that period of time throughout history.

Today, Dan had an event at the Rockingham County Fair. So, we took three days to explore the town of Harrisonburg, VA.
