For the past couple of years, Dan and I have had some heated conversations about the changes in our world today.
In the end it always ends up that we all need to practice more harmony.
Last Thursday, Dan and I went to a Qigong class and one of the exercises was that we all got into a circle and gave to the universe much needed harmony.
Harmony is defined as a situation in which people are peaceful and concur with each other, or when things appear to be correct or appropriate together.
To live in harmony necessitates that we be aware of the expectations and requirements that encompass us, and we adapt in our own approach to life.
We can be in concordance with others when we agree with ourselves, living consistent with our most profound feelings of what is genuine and what matters most.
May we inspire you to live a life of harmony so that you may live your dreams.

Trust and faith can eliminate anxiety and stress.
We are given a wonderful life to live and experience.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
