Challenges are meant to be met and overcome.
THIS WEEK THE BLOG WILL CONTINUE ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – ARTICHOKE. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.
Hello followers,
As Dan and I continue on the topic of challenges, I remember way back when I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Choosing to do alternative treatments on my part was a challenge, but knowing I was not alone helped me to grow as a person and knowledge.
Every person in this world has their low points.
Some may handle or even hide it better than others.
But the truth is, whatever you are going through, there are others who have been through it too.
You’re not alone.
Try to reach out to your community and network.
Speak your feelings and express your concerns in all settings of your life.
101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.
Continuing from last year!
Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.
That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.
CHAPTER 4; HAPPILY, CONNECTED
FEEL THE POWER OF TOUCH
Touch is our most direct form of communication, instant, precious and simple.
Make it part of your vocabulary, a gentle touch on the arm can be eloquent.
You must be sensitive to social taboos, but even a distant acquaintance may at times relish the fleeting reassurance of contact.
With friends you can go further, a warm hug is an exchange of healing energy.
Explore too the therapeutic pleasures of massage, which warrants a role in any intimate bond.
Before I continue, I would love to give out a shout to my mommy and wish her a Happy Birthday today. Much love to you.
In my book that I published on page 130; my mother wrote her feelings during my treatments through a poem.
It goes like this, LOVE KILLS CANCER
Love is more valuable than gold
It is yours to have and to hold
Love has a way to make you feel
Even memories of love, no one can steal
Everyone has a right to love
…it starts within and comes from above.
It is to love one another as it is a halo of eternity.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE
LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!
MIND GAMES; TACTICS
TALKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM
CONFRONTATION –
Today continuing on, STEP 2; PRACTICE BEING OBJECTIVE-
VISUALIZE
The worst possible scenario and then decide how you will deal with it.
Visualize faces, furious, disbelieving, belligerent, hurt.
Visualize actions and responses.
Tomorrow, DESENSITIZE
Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that
heal; alchemy of herbs.
Starting today on the herb; ARTICHOKE and the benefits.
It’s amazing what and how artichoke can help keep your body healthy?
Artichokes have been used as liver tonics for centuries, but the exact mechanism of their impact was never fully understood until modern science could properly research this versatile plant.
Two antioxidants found in artichokes, cynarin, and silymarin, have been shown to improve the overall health of the liver by possibly reducing the presence of toxins and facilitating their elimination from the liver and the body.
Some studies have even shown these antioxidants to actively promote regrowth and repair of damaged liver cells.
As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
DON'T LET FEAR OR INSECURITY STOP YOU FROM TRYING NEW THINGS.
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF .
DO WHAT YOU LOVE.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, BE KIND TO OTHERS; EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEM.
OVERCOME
