The choices that we make every day directly affect how our lives play out.
This is why, if you want to be happy, it is important to always choose happiness.
There are times when we must choose between what society says is right and what will truly bring us happiness.
In these moments, it is great to have someone who can give us good advice.
Do not stay in a bad situation, whether it is a relationship or a job, out of fear of failure.
It is not a failure to walk away and choose to be happy.
It takes a lot of courage.
We could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

HOLDING ON TO HURT can cause suffering.
When we focus on pain, bitterness, resentment, and sorrow, anger can grow.
When we choose to let go of the reaction to hurt, we feel freer to focus on the good in our lives.
Do not be lured by the false comfort that commiserating gives us.
Choose to focus on something positive and feel your body change.
Release the hurt, let go of suffering, and feel yourself become lighter.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi
