Compassion is a passion with a heart.

Thank goodness it is Friday and a long weekend for most.

It is only fitting to end the year on the topic of compassion.



Compassion is all about showing kindness and consideration towards the hard times of others.


It does not only mean caring for your fellow humans.


Compassion also means having empathy for the world at large and all living beings in it.



Being compassionate is one of the most selfless things you can be.


When you show compassion, you are always helping somebody.


Compassion does not only benefit the receiver, but also the giver as when you are compassionate you open the door to a fulfilling and happy life.



 So, we could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.


These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.


They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.




Can compassion be learned?


The answer is yes!


Sometimes, all it takes is truly pay attention to the people around us.

COMPASSION MOTIVATES US to help others in need.



Compassion takes us a step further than sympathy by awakening the desire to alleviate pain and suffering.


When we do not know how to help, we can look for ways to extend our compassion.


Sometimes just sitting with someone who is hurting and creating a loving space for their pain is enough.


Notice where you are drawn to help.



Then ask yourself how you can express and demonstrate compassion.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.


We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.



Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.



This 10-minute guided meditation on loving kindness will have you replenished by the love of the Universe.


When we tap into unconditional love and fill ourselves up first, we can then extend it out to every living being.


This loving kindness meditation will help you feel the power of love, kindness, truth, and compassion.
