Count and savor your blessings, they could be somebody else’s prayers.

Hello followers,


Two thumbs up, you made it to Wednesday!

When people say hump day this is like a camel’s hump, getting over Wednesday.


The middle of the week means you have gotten over the hump.


You are on your way towards the weekend.

It can be frustrating to know that it is only the middle of the week.


Particularly if you are swamped with work, time can seem slow, and nothing is exciting.


You end up counting the hours until your shift ends.


Or counting the days until it is Saturday again.

But there are things you can do to cope.


You can try after-hour drinks with a friend or co-worker.


Sure, it is only Wednesday, but who is to say you cannot enjoy a cold brew or wine in the middle of the week?


Window-shopping can also be therapeutic, provided you do not actually buy anything, of course!


There is also game night, visiting friends or relatives, or going to the park.

You can have joy today.


Just find gratitude rather than take things for granted.


Then, you will have what you need.


That is when life happens.

That is when you wake up and feel at your best because you know what you have and what it took to get here.


The world will keep spinning.


But if you stop and look around now and then, you will see all you have.

This new year Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

MUSIC FOR BODY AND SOUL


USING YOUR OWN VOICE, your own voice box produces the sounds that is unique to you.

Think of all the people you know and the way you can recognize them from the sound of their voices.

Multiply that by different languages with all their styles and intonations and sounds, and you realize how we populate the planet with vocal variety.


Speaking normally allows you to use the frequencies of your particular language.


This is how we communicate.

However, yet again, the human species goes farther; we can sing.

My heart is full of love.


I will let someone know that I love them today.


When I express love, I improve my mood and bring higher energy to those I love.

Many people have made an impact on my life, and I appreciate their presence.


When I feel a positive emotion or thought about someone today, I will let them know to spread love.


My day will be brighter through spreading love.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Until Thursday, boring routines are missed the most when they cannot be repeated as routines anymore. Once that time has crossed it cannot be turned back, take care when you can.
