Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.
Hello Followers,
Thank goodness it is Friday!
This past week how many of you used your courage, went outside your comfort zone, and tried something new?
You know everyone needs a little courage now and then.
Perhaps you are making a career change or moving to a new place.
Or maybe you are taking a stand on something you are passionate about.
Whatever your reason, you may need some words of encouragement to give you the confidence to face the unknown and go for what you want.
Your courage expresses how important it is to look within and find the fire that lights your path.
Sure, the path may be scary and unknown, but with a little courage and a strong belief in yourself, it can take you to incredible places.
Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

IT TAKES COURAGE to show tenderness.
Expressing our feelings and offering empathy is an act of soulful bravery.
When we can let our guard down to share our heart and offer it to others, we risk being rejected or misunderstood.
But there is a greater reward when our tenderness brings healing to a relationship, comfort to another, and ease to our bodies.
Courage comes from living with openness.
When we soften, we allow love to take root and open our hearts.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This 10-minute morning meditation will guide you into your deepest inner strength allowing you to keep going with confidence and faith that you can get through the most difficult times.
Try it and let us know how you feel.
Enjoy!
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
