HAPPY TUESDAY!
Let Life race you beyond your own boundaries repeatedly until you are comfortable.
Exceed your own expectations.
After that, life holds our hand in every adventure and shows us things that were not possible before.
Setting boundaries is a way of caring for yourself.
It does not make you mean, selfish, or uncaring.
This just means that you care about yourself too.
THE WORD OF THE DAY -BOUNDARIES
Apart from protecting you from toxic behavior, boundaries can help you build self-respect, set expectations for how you would like to be treated, defend your overall wellbeing, and can even help define who is responsible for what in a relationship.
Communicate clearly.
Being specific.
Be open and honest.
Also, set boundaries early.
Even if you did not establish them early on, the earlier you do the better!
You need boundaries.
Even in our material creations, boundaries mark the most beautiful of places, between the ocean and the shore, between the mountains and the plains, where the canyon meets the river.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Reach out gently over the boundaries of your life into the lives of others.
You are not alone, even in moments where you feel it must be so.
The world is full of people who love you, even people who have not met you yet.
And the people who do know you are waiting for you, even when each of us feels caught up in the web of our own lives.
You do not have to wait for the people you love to come to you.
It may not always be easy, but the connection with others will fill your heart.
Even at a distance, your heart beats with others.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
This is a short practice to help support you in keeping and strengthening your boundaries.
It will help you to stay grounded and strong and help to protect your energy.
Take a few minutes for yourself before a long day to set the intention of having strong and grounded boundaries.
It is important that we can offer love and support to others while maintaining healthy boundaries.
If you struggle with this, this is great meditation for you!

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
