BODY

Thank goodness it is Friday!


Trust the flow of your life.


When you release the need to control and understand everything, you allow faith in and love to guide you.



This is self-care!


Rest and self-care are so important.



When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve from the overflow.


You cannot serve from an empty vessel.


THE WORD OF THE DAY –BODY



Our body is the vessel that serves us.


Self-care is the thoughtful practice of protecting and improving our own physical health and mental health within a balanced lifestyle.


In these stressful times, it has never been more critical as it really makes you refocus and take care of yourself (body).



Self-care includes the intentional acts of eating well, getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, maintaining a strong social network, tending to our spiritual needs, looking after our financial security, and so much more.



Think of it as the gentle art of loving yourself (body).


While we can all agree it is important to take care of ourselves, it is also incredibly hard to do so daily when so many others around us need our care and attention.



 But being available for us (body) is not just nice, it is necessary for our well-being.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY


You owe your body a debt of gratitude for all the ways in which it carries you through the world.


If carries your heart, your mind, and your spirit.



Are you caring for this vessel in all the ways that it needs?


Caring for yourself is not all bubble baths and naps; sometimes it is hard work doing the laundry or feeding yourself a meal full of vegetables.


It is not always as simple as drinking a glass of water, though it may be sometimes.



Setting boundaries and setting goals is also self-care, the kind of care that allows you to show up for yourself and others.


Ultimately. The care we take for ourselves can help us make the world a better place.



PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
