Hello followers,
Welcome to Thursday!
Our senses are windows to the world.
All our knowledge begins with the senses, then proceeds to the understanding, and ends with reason.
There is nothing higher than reason.
The five senses are the ministers of the soul.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- SENSES
The senses are a kind of reason.
Taste, touch and smell, hearing and seeing, are not merely a means to sensation, enjoyable or otherwise, but they are also a means to knowledge.
Your body can be one of the greatest sources of pleasure when you open your five senses fully and experience the physical wonder of being alive.
Pleasure can come in the form of sight, like when you see a magnificent sunset, or taste, like when you eat a favorite food.
It can come as a glorious musical sound or the soft touch of a friend.
The only secret to learning the lesson of pleasure is to make time and space for it in your life.
When the wind blows and the warm sun strikes our cold bodies, do we feel it, or do we reason it into being?
How many of us are alive?
Actually living?

ENGAGE YOUR SENSES
Crisp, clean, and chilly, the atmosphere of autumn is noticeable and distinct when the world exits fall and snuggle into the coldest season.
It is the scent of evergreens and the wind on clean ice.
It is the aroma of winter spices, rich and warm.
The perfume of crackling wood in the fireplace, or dusty anow across an empty, patient field.
Wherever you are and whatever your winter season brings, appreciate it for its own joys.
It may not have the blooming scent of flowers or the richness of a humid day, but it has delighted all its own, and its own part in the cycle of the seasons.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
This meditation is for grounding yourself via guided imagery through the five senses.
During times of stress, it is easy to get lost in our thoughts and become fixated on either the future or the past.
You can use this mindfulness exercise to bring yourself back to the present moment as a grounding technique.
Enjoy!
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Friday, nature inspires creativity in us by demanding visualization
and the full use of the senses.
