How many like when the sun goes down earlier?
Dan and I for one dislike when it gets dark earlier.
Sometimes I feel like the forest and try to let the light seep into my shadow so I can awaken.
Life is all about learning to focus on the positive and finding the good in every situation.
To cause a shadow to disappear, you must shine light on it.
Shadows cannot exist without light.
It is through the presence of goodness that the darkness is also born.
As people, it is just a matter of choosing where we will side.
We all could use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

AS THE SUN RISES IN THE FOREST, it shines through the canopy of trees.
The dew on the forest floor casts an earthy scent as the ground warms up.
Birds chirp in their nests up high as they prepare to search for food.
As the forest awakens, it welcomes the sun, which reveals the intricacies of the forest as the shadow becomes enlightened.
Be like the forest and let the light seep into shadows so you can awaken.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
In these precious moments of stillness, you will connect with your inner self, inviting a sense of clarity and awareness into your being.
With each passing minute as you move even deeper, revealing a sense of inner peace and purpose.
This meditation serves as a beacon, guiding you to explore the depths of your consciousness, unlocking hidden reservoirs of creativity, insight, and resilience.
