Do not be afraid; our fate cannot be taken from us; it is a gift.
Hello Followers,
Welcome to Thursday!
The word for today is FEAR.
When doubt and fear fill your mind, examine your thoughts to find the truth.
Fear is something that can paralyze a person.
However, anyone can learn how to deal with their fears.
The main problem that peoples face when it comes to their fears is that they want to cling to fear because it has become a part of who they are.
If you are not ready to face your fear, you are not going to be able to get over them quite yet.
There is nothing wrong with this as everyone does things in their own time.
There are many ways that you can go about dealing with your fears.
Everyone will find that there are different methods that work best for their personal needs.
So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.
These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.
They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Sadhguru looks at the nature of fear and answers a question on how to overcome fear.
He explains how fear arises because of excessive imagination.
Instead of producing horror movies in our mind, produce a comedy, a love story, or a suspense thriller, he explains.
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

WHEN DOUBT AND FEAR fill your mind, examine your thoughts to find the truth.
Fear takes pride in throwing us off course.
We can train our minds to recognize fear’s voice and reframe our thoughts into something encouraging and hopeful.
Stop and ask yourself, WHAT IS THE TRUTH?
Important things often feel scary and that is okay.
You are brave and able to accomplish anything you set your mind to.
Let hope and courage take the place of doubt and fear.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This 10-minute guided meditation is designed to help you any time you are actively worrying about something.
The goal is not to focus on what you are worrying about, but rather to drop into the wisdom of the heart that knows - regardless of what logic or evidence says - that all is well, and everything is working out for you.
Let your worries take a break, even if only for these 10 minutes of peace.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Friday, ultimately - we know deeply that the other side of every fear is freedom.
