Do not feel lonely, the entire universe is inside of you.

SERIES ON BELIEVING

Hello, it’s Wednesday!

Have you ever wondered about the Galaxy we live in? Dan and I have discussions and take ourselves outside this little world that we have created in our minds (thinking outside the box).

“When a person really desires something, all the universe conspires to help that person to realize his dream.” – Paulo Coelho

YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK🤔

YOU are one thought away from the greatest experience of your life. Thoughts become reality.

Watch your thoughts, they become words.

Watch your words, they become actions.

Watch your actions, they become habits.

Watch your habits, they become your character.

Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.

You are what you think -

Wednesday Meditation - Daily guided meditation series

Daily meditations, one for each day of the week.

There are no extra pieces in the universe. Everyone is here because he or she has a place to fill, and every piece must fit itself into the big jigsaw puzzle.

Walk your own path

A funny thing starts to happen when you put FOMO to one side and begin to think about what you really need to make oneself happy. You suddenly have a lot more time and freedom to do things that you really want. Instead of watching the latest reality TV show so you can join in the office chat at work the next day, you might choose to curl up with a good book.

If you are not out drinking until the wee small hours, you will have a lot more energy to wake up early and go for a walk or a run. You could cook a delicious breakfast or do something productive like clear out the junk from under your bed.

When you stop worrying about what you should be doing and start focusing on what you want to be doing, life will start to feel a lot more fulfilling and a lot less like you’re always one step behind everyone else. You’ll have more hours each day to dedicate to things you enjoy and as a result you’ll feel calmer, healthier and happier.

As reading the above message FOMO, a word that Dan and I were not familiar with. So, I looked it up and it means-

Fear of missing out (FOMO) is a social anxiety stemming from the belief that others might be having fun while the person experiencing the anxiety is not present. It is characterized by a desire to stay continually connected with what others are doing. FOMO is also defined as a fear of regret, which may lead to concerns that one might miss an opportunity for social interaction, a novel experience or a profitable investment. It is the fear that deciding not to participate is the wrong choice.

TO SUCCEED

Life is a succession of moments. To live each one is to succeed.

Fear of missing out is the enemy of valuing your own time. By Andrew Yang

Focus on the future and all you might be

Don’t let old mistakes or misfortunes hold you down; learn from them, forgive yourself or others and move on. Do not be bothered or discouraged by adversity. Instead, meet it as a challenge. Be empowered by the courage it takes you to overcome obstacles. Learn something new every day.

Be interested in others and what they might teach you. However, do not look for yourself in the faces of others. As far as who you are and who you will become goes, the answer is always within yourself. Follow your heart. You, like everyone else; will make mistakes. But as long as you are true to the strength within your own heart, you can never go wrong. By Ashley Rice

Tuesday, the weather in Virginia was 81 degrees and it was another gorgeous day. Dan and I took a drive to a park where we walked two miles and even cleaned the inside of our car. Tomorrow we are going to the STAR up in the mountains where we will wax the outside of the car. While, we are up there we will go hiking. I downloaded this app on my phone – health tracker, which even reads not only the miles; but the steps.

Whenever we do not have the time or the weather is poor outside, we turn to the video’s on YOUTUBE
