Do not let yesterday take up too much of today.

Hello Followers,

As we get ready for Thursday, Dan and I wish you an incredible day.

Keep moving forward!

By focusing on positives, people find a life of meaning and purpose.

The goal: you do not just survive, you thrive.

Using what is called prospection, you can think about and stimulate your possible future.

This may include planning and predicting about future events.

Seeing if you can find a way to set your mind on optimism and an abundant future despite the hurdles you face can prove beneficial.

Take full responsibility for your life.

Stop blaming others.

See yourself as the cause of what happens to you.

Do things you like to do.

Do not stay in a job you do not like.

Participate in life at the highest level you can.

Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts.

Be gentle and kind and patient with yourself.

Give yourself the simple pleasures of life abundantly.

As Dan and I have been sharing and continuing the book from last week, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 3; INTUITION/SIX SENSE

SENSORY CREATIVITY / CREATIVE SOUND

Continuing from yesterday, one of the instruments used is called a singing bowl.

These amazingly simple yet beautiful artefacts have a traditional use that goes back at least to 1000BC; antique examples over four hundred years old can still be found.

Modern bowls are still beautiful even though machinery is now used in the fabrication process, because the astonishing sounds arise through the combination of seven metals used to make them gold, silver, mercury, copper, iron, tin, and lead.

In balance, melted together and hammered into shape.

The metals combine to create a resonance chamber, so each bowl has a unique sound.

Ancient Chinese beliefs linked the use of singing bowls to peace, harmony, and long time.

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

February 23rd

A TREE SWAYS IN THE WIND, its leaves dancing with the breeze.

It does not seem bothered by the winds power, it simply bends and moves with the current.

Life is full of changes, and if we do not accept them as they come about, we can break like branches that do not sway with the wind.

Learning to be flexible creates acceptance of whatever life offers.

Learn to sway like a tree, to stay open and flexible.

Sometimes the unexpected parts of life are the most beautiful.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Friday, we keep moving forward, opening new doors,

and doing new things because we are curious,

and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.
