KEEP MOVING.
Acknowledge your progress.
It does not matter how slow you are moving if you are moving.
Personal growth can mean different things to different people.
However, it usually refers to improving one’s skills, habits, behaviors, or actions.
People also measure their progress differently.
What some see as a small improvement may be a great achievement to others.
But no matter how demanding you are of yourself or how much you want to accomplish, the important thing is to be able to acknowledge your progress.
Seeing how far you have come can sometimes be hard.
This usually happens when you are not happy with the results you are getting.
You are not giving yourself enough time to get from point A to point B, so you always feel that whatever you have accomplished is not enough.
You feel stuck, like you are not really going anywhere.
Whenever thoughts like these come to mind, you need to give yourself some credit.
It does not matter how slow you are moving if you are moving.
Be ambitious but be kind to yourself.
Strive to become better, but also remember to celebrate each small success and be grateful for how far you have come.

IN THE DESERT, a palm tree is a reminder that growth is still possible.
A grove of palms can hug tightly together along a stream, creating an oasis of shade in a harsh environment.
Even when life feels arid and dry, things still grow.
When it feels as if nothing is happening, below the surface it is.
Over time, stillness produces growth.
Know that wonderful things are coming to you.
Be like a palm tree and choose to grow, even in the toughest environment.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
It is easy to get hung up on how much farther we wish to go in life, but in this loving and peaceful 10-minute guided meditation, you will instead take stock in just how far you have come.
Get ready to feel deep appreciation towards yourself and your inherent worth.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
