Don't let mental blocks control you. Set yourself free. Confront your fear and turn the mental blocks into building blocks.

CONTINUING ON A BRAND-NEW SERIES, YOU CAN DO IT AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – CHAMOMILE.

Hello Followers,

How has your week been?

It’s getting close to the week-end.

YIPPEE!

You can do it.

You think you can’t do it because you don’t know how, but you’re WRONG.

Everything can be learned.

It may take time, may take years, but it can be learned.

There’s no excuse to not know how any more.

When you say you don’t know how to do something, you mean you’re not patient or determined enough to learn how.

That’s a crappy excuse.

Be better than that.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is :

LIFE OWES US NOTHING JUST BECAUSE WE ARE GRANTED IT. BUT WE DO OWE OUR OWN LIVES EVERYTHING. OUR LIFE IS A GIFT. WHEN YOU SEE THAT FOR YOURSELF, YOU SEE THAT THE LIVES OF OTHERS IS ALSO A GIFT.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Continuing on CHAPTER 14; HOW MANY TIMES DO I SAY “SORRY”?

CONFESSION

Confession is sharing an indiscretion with someone who does not know of your guilt.

It is done to seek absolution, clear the air, or seek someone’s okay to wipe the slate clean.

Confession may be good for you but may not be good for the one to whom you confess.

Certainly, it is good to address buried transgressions but you must consider carefully to whom you confess.

A professional counselor or priest/minister/rabbi are good choices.

But too often a confession is made to the victim, whose self-esteem is blown out of the water by the bombshell.

You can’t wonder if the confession is a subconscious attempt to put the ones of guilt on the victim, to sweep the junk onto someone else’s doorstep.

To be continued tomorrow-

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CHAMOMILE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how chamomile can help keep your body healthy?

Are you ready to continue with the herb chamomile!

It’s been since March that I ended off, due to Dan’s and my move.

Another benefit of chamomile is improving heart health.

Recently, chamomile has been associated with providing cardiovascular protection.

Because of its high level of flavonoids, chamomile consumed in foods is linked with a lower risk of death from coronary heart disease in elderly men.

One study published in The Lancet assessed the flavonoid intake of 805 men aged 65–84 years and found that higher flavonoid intake from foods and herbs was significantly inversely associated with mortality from coronary heart disease.

The month of April we continue with this PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

So just do it, because if you try to prove it, you'll lose.
