Education brings a sense of confidence and self-worth to yourself.
STARTED YESTERDAY ON A NEW SERIES; SELF- WORTH AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. ALONG WITH HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
Hello Followers,
It’s the weekend and fall is here!
The leaves are changing.
As I walked toward the smell of coffee this morning; thoughts came through my mind of why does leaves change their colors every year?
Do you know why?
I had to do some research on my own to discover the facts.
Fall leaves are a beautiful part of the season, but those leaves are also a vital part of keeping trees alive.
Did you know that!
Trees that have leaves that change color in fall are deciduous.
Evergreen trees with needles, which stay green to continue the photosynthesis process through the winter, are coniferous.
Deciduous trees usually have large, broad leaves.
Most of the year, these leaves are green because of the chlorophyll they use to absorb energy from sunlight during photosynthesis.
The leaves convert the energy into sugars to feed the tree.
As the season changes, temperatures drop and days get shorter.
Trees get less direct sunlight, and the chlorophyll in the leaves breaks down.
The lack of chlorophyll reveals yellow and orange pigments that were already in the leaves but masked during the warmer months.
Darker red leaves are the result of a chemical change: Sugars that can get trapped in the leaves produce new pigments that weren’t part of the leaf in the growing season.
Some trees, like oaks and dogwoods, are likely to produce red leaves.
The best colors are produced when the weather is dry, sunny and cool.
Places that are cloudy, damp or warm won’t see the same degree of changing color.
Then, of course, the leaves fall.
Trees start building a protective seal between leaves and their branches as the weather turns.
They take in as many nutrients as possible from the leaves, but leaves wouldn’t survive the winter and would make trees vulnerable to damage if they remained.
When the leaves are cut off from the fluid in the branches, they separate and drop to the ground.
Well, now you know why leaves change colors in the fall!
Continuing on with the new series, to most people; self-worth only comes after a feat has been achieved or when in competition with another person.
This is the theory: that a person’s life goal is self-recognition and that this recognition is a product of their accomplishments.
This theory also holds capability, determination, performance, and self-esteem as its model elements.
These four elements cooperate with each other to contribute to how we regard ourselves.
It may be relatable, but should we really be placing so much importance on our accomplishments just to determine our self-worth?
Is outdoing the next person the only way we can hold ourselves in high regard?
What really determines one’s sense of value?

THE TRUTH OF CHEMOTHERAPY ~ RESEARCH (knowledge is power)
Chemotherapy drugs are derived from the Nazi's WWII mustard gas chemicals.
Food of thought when facing treatments for cancer.
In the last 100 years’ dozens of doctors, scientists and researchers have come up with the most diverse, apparently effective solutions against cancer, but none of these was ever taken into serious consideration by official medicine.
Most of them were in fact rejected out-front, even though healings were claimed in the thousands, their proposers often being labeled as charlatans, ostracized by the medical community and ultimately forced to leave the country.
At the same time more than 20,000 people die of cancer every day, without official medicine being able to offer a true sense of hope to those affected by it.
Why?
TRUTH
~If you are not 'standing in your truth', if you don't speak up when you know you should, if you lower your standards in order to be accepted, if you stay in situations you know are not good for you, if you say yes when you want to say no, if you agree with people you know are wrong, if you stay silent when you know you should speak up, if you allow someone to speak to you in a derogatory or degrading way, if you are not your authentic self, if you allow negative influences to invade your mind and sap your energy, if you live life on life's terms instead of your own ---------------------> YOU'RE GIVING YOUR POWER AWAY! ░(¯''•.¸ ** ¸.•''¯) OWN YOUR POWER! ░(¯''•.¸ ** ¸.•''¯)
Chemotherapy drugs are derived from the Nazi's WWII mustard gas chemicals.
Mustard gas, also known as sulfur mustard, is by far the most horrific chemical weapon ever used in history.
Hitler's genocide of more than 6,000,000 Jews (half of all Jewish people at the time) by the use of gas chambers and ovens is still recent history.
Yet, the untold irony of this lesson is that it's actually the American political and pharmaceutical "regime" which continued and catapulted the use of a form of Mustard gas as "therapy" for cancer, eventually turning it into the mainstream method of treatment.
For several decades now, the United States has been making a fortune off the misery that chemo brings to the victims of a plagued medical system best known as "chronic care management."
German scientists working for the U.S. knew "mustard" chemo brought only temporary tumor remission, and if ingestion of toxins continued, cancer returned with a vengeance.
Sulfur mustard is a vesicant, meaning it destroys mucous membranes.
High doses cause nausea, vomiting, and respiratory failure.
This volatile poison prevents the normal sequence of DNA replication, depleting the lining of the gastrointestinal tract and causing massive loss of bone marrow.
In simple terms, sulfur mustard is basically the "egg" from which chemo has hatched.
During WWII, Dwight D. Eisenhower stockpiled 100 tons of mustard gas on the S.S. John Harvey when it was stationed in Italy's Harbor, but the Nazi airstrikes destroyed it.
Survivors died soon thereafter, and autopsies revealed they suffered from profound lymphopenia, as well as suppression of myeloid cell lines, which brings us to the grim chemotherapy facts.
Chemotherapy kills white blood cells, which are necessary for the immune system to fight off infection.
Most Americans have no idea that chemotherapy has a miserable 5% success rate, and that is with only a few, rare cancers.
Despite increased use of multiple drug chemo, breast cancer survival rates have not improved at all over the past decade, and there is no documented proof of improvement from first metastasis.
On top of all of that, survival time has actually been shortened for some patients given chemo.
It is a researched fact that very few doctors would take their own medicine or give it to family members if they contracted cancer.
In one survey, 75% of doctors, surgeons and oncologists said they would never take chemotherapy due to its high toxicity and ineffectiveness.
Why women should revolt against the cancer industry?
Even worse, it is being staffed by women, cheered by women and supported by women.
In World War II, before the Jews were exterminated, Nazi soldiers pried the gold fillings out of their mouths.
The fillings were sold off, and the money went to two places: The pockets of the top Nazi commanders, and the continued funding of the prison camps and extermination chambers.
The Jewish prisoners, in other words, paid for their own gas chamber treatments using the gold right out of their own mouths.
Today, women are paying for their own cancer industry chemical assaults using the dollars right out of their own pockets.
Those who support the conventional breast cancer non-profits are feeding the very beast that may someday destroy them and send them home poisoned, emaciated, or mutilated beyond repair.
And you know what the pink ribbon non-profits will do to help these women?
WIGS.
They'll give them wigs to cover their hairless heads.
Chemotherapy victim or concentration camp prisoner?
They both produce these same results. Zyklon B gas, by the way, was manufactured by a pharmaceutical company.
It is no coincidence that women who receive chemotherapy visually resemble the women of the Nazi concentration camps.
They become emaciated through dangerous losses of muscle mass and bone mass.
They lose their hair, vomit their food and suffer the devastating effects of massive nutrient loss.
They are, in effect, both prisoners of the same system of control and violence against women.
It is a system that has existed for thousands of years, taking on new names and new faces as it shifts from one corner of the planet to another.
Today, that system of abuse and violence against women has a corporate logo, a cute pink symbol and a clever slogan.
It has hundreds of offices all across the country, and thousands of pink products in retail stores.
It is a system of violence against women, painted pink and repackaged as something that cares for women; and in that disguise, aided by the purchasing dollars of gullible consumers, it is ensnaring women in a system of such great evil that it can only be accurately compared to historical events like the Holocaust.
May God save our women from the cancer industry, lest we lose four generations to this modern chemical holocaust that has been unleashed against our mothers, daughters, grandmothers and sisters.
And if our government will not protect us from this home-grown terrorism that seeks to turn the bodies of women into corporate profit centers, I hope that the People of America will one day wake up and take all justified (non-violent) measures to protect themselves from the cancer industry.
It is odd, I think, that women will protest in front of abortion clinics in order to save the life of an unborn child, and yet that same woman will say nothing when a cancer doctor destroys the life of her own mother or daughter.
It is time to start protesting the cancer clinics and cancer non-profits.
It is time to end this chemical holocaust and this medical violence against women.
The women should be marching against mammograms and chemotherapy, demanding the arrest and prosecution of cancer surgeons who perform unjustified double mastectomies.
Throughout history, women have fought hard for the right to vote, to pursue an education and to be heard.
I believe it is time that women exercised those rights to protect their freedoms and their lives from the conventional cancer industry.
QUOTES ABOUT LIVING
SELF-WORTH
Sometimes your greatest teachers in life had no idea just what they taught you, especially those who treated you the worst.
The day you said, I deserve better than this; was the day you graduated from their class.
How many are you out there are left-handers?
I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.
It’s time to share some words from THE LEFT-HANDER’S HANDBOOK.
WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?
Have you ever seen a picture in a cloud?
Or a face in cracked plaster?
That was your left-handed brain in the act of creating.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
THROUGH PICTURES
Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.
WITH PICTURES
Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.
20 PICTURES - ENJOY THE SLIDE SHOW
"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."
So, we will be posting a gallery of pictures on each post, hopefully you will see each one has a story.
Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 8; HANDLING FRAZZLED EMOTIONS.
Continue on FACING REALITY
Overcoming the control of emotions is like trying to handle a huge watermelon in your apartment-sized refrigerator.
With the watermelon in the refrigerator, nothing else will fit.
To be rid of the watermelon, you must eat it.
Eat too fast and your stomach cramps.
Eat too slowly and the watermelon rots.
It’s the same with raging, unpredictable emotions.
They are too big to handle all at once.
If they are left to their own devices, however; they take over leaving little room for positive emotions to exist.
It is not hard to recognize when the positive emotions are struggling.
That’s when laughter leaves.
Tomorrow -APPRECIATE YOUR EMOTIONS.
This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of NETTLE. It’s amazing what and how nettle can help keep your body healthy?
How about keeping your immune system up?
Nettle works like a immunity booster.
After a long day of work, you’re much more susceptible to sickness and diseases.
When you wake up the next morning with the sniffles or a nasty cough, you’ll often shrug it off while drinking some aspirin or whatever over-the-counter drug.
Indeed, many people ward off the everyday cold or the occasional flu with synthetic medication, but we all know how medicine like that can cause other harmful side effects in the body.
Stinging nettle offers a natural alternative to common disease-fighting medicine.
Instead of addressing the sickness, stinging nettle activates and strengthens the lymph system to boost your immunity.
Stinging nettle also contains several immune-boosting compounds, like vitamins A and C.
These antioxidants protect immune cells against damage that can hamper the immune system.
Instead of fighting the sickness, it defends the body from being susceptible to these diseases in the first place.
What can I say, I’d rather not get sick than nurse a cold while working? Prevention is always better than cure!
NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal and keep your body cells happy.
As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while
managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress)
I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!!
Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!
Also, meditation videos, help to lower stress and is also one of the first steps to making your cells
