Today step back and see the horizon, and then take a leap into freedom, allowing the higher perspectives to be your guide.


Real freedom does not mean just physical freedom.

Freedom means to be able to think about anything you want, to make choices, and to be free to pursue your goals.


Freedom also means freedom from nonstop thinking, anger, resentment, worries, and anxieties.


This might seem impossible to achieve, but with discipline and determination, nothing is impossible.

Detaching yourself from anger and negative emotions will bring you inner freedom.


So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.


These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.


They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

A BIRD DOES NOT WORRY if it is aiming too high, it just flies by instinct.

Soaring above the clouds, hovering over the oceans, birds are a symbol of freedom and perspective.


When we desire freedom, we must relinquish control.


To soar high, we must let go of the limiting beliefs we hold on to because they provide the illusion of control.

Step back and see the horizon, and then take a leap into freedom, allowing the higher perspectives to be your guide.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Trust in the process of life and have faith that everything will fall into place eventually.


Know that every obstacle you face is an opportunity for growth and learning, and that you have the strength and resilience to overcome them.

Remind yourself that you have come this far, and that you have achieved so much already.


Remember the times when things seemed impossible, but you managed to find a way through.

Use those past experiences to fuel your confidence and belief in yourself.


Stay positive and keep moving forward, knowing that the universe is on your side and is working in your favor.

Believe that the best is yet to come, and that you are capable of achieving everything you set your mind to.


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.


This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
