Embrace each challenge in your life as an opportunity for self-transformation.

THIS WEEK THE BLOG WILL CONTINUE ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – ARTICHOKE. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

There is this old saying that goes like this, “What you give is what you get.”

If you’ve been through a situation or have advice for someone you know who is going through a tough time, be sure to help out!

Helping others not only benefits them, but it can also help you feel happier yourself.

It can be easy to let yourself think small because of the fear of failure, or even the fear of making a decision.

But, to accomplish great things in life, you have to be open to taking risks.

With whatever challenges may arise, always think and dream big.

That way, you will achieve more than you could have ever imagined.

Try not to let your thoughts get in your own way.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 4; HAPPILY, CONNECTED

TALK PROBLEMS THROUGH

Festering resentment never resolves relationship issues.

It only makes things worse.

Don’t wait till the next row to explore the issues emotions will probably be running too high for problem-solving.

Schedule a discussion, allowing ample time.

Choose a neutral setting, a café or restaurant.

Agree you’ll both approach the chat in a constructive spirit, to reach a mutually acceptable conclusion.

There’s a lot you can do together before you even think about going to a counsellor.

Don’t except a definitive solution, just agreement on the way forward.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

PUT IT TO WORK

To heal a damaged relationship, to partner never make statements that leave out hope.

Remind yourself and your difficult person, that you are talking about this because you care.

You aren’t trying to change them; you are trying to find what will make your interactions feel good for both of you.

Acknowledge that they may not feel the tension that you feel.

Keep pointing out that you care, you are sorry, you intend to stay, but you want peace.

Continue tomorrow, PUT IT TO WORK-

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Starting today on the herb; ARTICHOKE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how artichoke can help keep your body healthy?

Artichokes might be one of the best foods in the market for acquiring vitamins and minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, and manganese.

These minerals may be essential parts of increasing bone health and density, thereby reducing the chances of conditions like osteoporosis.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

TIME YOU ENJOY WASTING IS NOT WASTED TIME.
