Energy and persistence conquer all things.

THIS WEEK THE BLOG WILL CONTINUE ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – ARTICHOKE. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Happy Tuesday

Once you realize that you are not alone in life, as you experience the low parts of your life.

Just remember you can find help.

There’s no need to feel ashamed for asking for help.

Whether you choose to rely on a loved one, a stranger, a mentor, or a friend, there are people who want to help you succeed.

I am very thankful and humble to have met and learned through the best of the professionals.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 4; HAPPILY, CONNECTED

VALUE EMPATHY

Empathy is breaking through your ego’s walls and projecting yourself into someone else’s shoes.

It involves intuitively interpreting tell-tale signs, not just what people say and thinking what consequences might stem from someone’s difficult situation.

Empathic understanding is the gateway to compassion, which prompts us to kindness.

Make a conscious effort to understand people and respond to the needs you detect.

Empathy makes all human connection more rewarding.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE.

MIND GAMES; TACTICS

TALKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM

CONFRONTATION –

Today continuing on, STEP 2; PRACTICE BEING OBJECTIVE-

DESENSITIZE

Desensitize yourself by saying out loud what the other person may say.

Decide how you will respond.

Sometimes it helps to role-play with a friend who is familiar with your situation.

Tell them to pull out all the stops and say the worst things imaginable.

Answer back calmly and objectively.

Stay focused on what you want to say.

If you feel uncomfortable sharing with a friend, role play with a chair.

Talk to the chair as if you are the difficult person, then switch roles by sitting in the chair and talking back to your difficult person.

You can use props; hats or scarves to make the role-playing feel real.

Think through what may happen so you can defuse the power and the fear of hurtful words or actions.

Tomorrow, DETACH-

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Starting today on the herb; ARTICHOKE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how artichoke can help keep your body healthy?

Artichokes are a rich source of dietary fiber, which is one of the most beneficial nutritional staples for improving the health and functionality of your digestive system.

Fiber adds bulk to the food you eat, which help keep your bowel movements regular and decrease the symptoms of constipation.

Fiber eases bloating, cramps, excess flatulence, and general discomfort in the stomach.

Furthermore, if you have problems with loose stool or diarrhea, fiber absorbs excess liquid and form healthy, predictable bowel movements in patients.

Fiber also acts as a cleanup crew for excess LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol), thereby cleaning your arteries and further reducing your chances of heart diseases.

Another extra benefit of artichokes in terms of digestion is the impact on the gallbladder.

Artichokes might help soothe inflamed gallbladders and can solve the common problem of a blocked duct in the organ, thereby allowing normal function.

Therefore, in a way, artichokes can be said to stimulate the production and secretion of gastric juices, as well as bile, which also aids in smooth digestion.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

THE PRESENT MOMENT IS ALWAYS THE MOST IMPORTANT.

THE PRESENT MOMENT IS THE ONLY ONE.

ENERGY AND PERSISTENCE

Until Wednesday, bad times have a scientific value.

These are occasioning a good learner would not miss.
