Can you believe it, it’s already Tuesday? How much energy do you have? Asleep, awake, eating, bathing, grooming, working or engaging in passionate pursuits, you need energy, which is supplied from your diet in the form of calories.
Energy fuels your body’s internal functions, repairs, builds and maintains cells and body tissues, and supports the external activities that enable you to interact with the physical world.
Water, your body’s most important nutrient, helps facilitate the chemical reactions that produce energy from food.
Are you keeping your cells happy? We can also improve the function of our cells by helping them to create and use energy. Massaging garlic oil into your feet can be a powerful way to break through congestion in the lungs and sinuses. If putting something on your feet for lung congestion sounds strange, give it a try!
You’ll notice that within moments, you’ll have garlic breathe. As the garlic goes through the blood stream and then out through the lungs. It will bring its stimulating expectorant and antimicrobial properties right where it is needed most.
Ingredients:
2 to 5 garlic cloves
1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely mince the garlic.
2. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
3. Place the garlic in a small jar.
4. Barely cover the garlic with olive oil.
5. Let this infuse for a minimum of 30 minutes.
6. Then stain really well.
7. To use just before bedtime.
8. Rub on your feet.
9. Cover with an old pair of socks and then another pair on top.
10. Wear throughout the night.
