Every flower will bloom at a different pace.

Hello Followers,

Well, it is Monday!

Who is ready to start a new week and continue your journey?

Are you ready to bloom.

Flowers bloom in nature, but people can also bloom into an expanded and newer version of themselves.

To blossom like a flower means to thrive in life.

The idea is that you can grow and progress in your life just like a flower grows and blossoms.

Resilience can only be sustained when you set healthy boundaries and make the time to rejuvenate.

Do not just go through the motions.

Truly live life by being deliberate and present.

Embrace the idea that you will not always have all the answers, know how to react, or work gracefully through an obstacle.

These are the times when extraordinary growth takes place, and we can watch ourselves bounce back and recover.

Resilience is something you earn through practice and consistency.

It requires a healthy mindset, time for reflection, and the ability to be present with your feelings.

Remain hungry and truly welcome the adversities and challenges that are sure to come your way.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

People, like flowers, reveal their true essence when they face adversity.

Just as the rarest and most beautiful blooms emerge from the harshest conditions, individuals often showcase their resilience, strength, and character when confronted with life's challenges.

Adversity acts as nature's way of refining and shaping us, exposing the depth of our inner beauty.

Those who endure the storms, absorbing the nourishment from struggles, blossom into remarkable souls, radiating compassion, wisdom, and an unwavering spirit.

In the face of hardship, they stand tall, their uniqueness and brilliance shining brightly, like a precious and exquisite flower blooming in the vast garden of humanity.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

GROWTH CAN OCCUR EVEN in a harsh environment.

A cactus flourishes in the desert by storing water for the driest seasons.

It intuitively knows how to prepare for difficult times.

We too can mentally prepare ourselves for such seasons by training our brains to be resilient.

Every time you find yourself facing difficulty, look for the lesson.

Find gratitude during stress and your brain will become more resilient.

Then in times of struggle you will have the tools you need to succeed.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This 7-minute mindfulness meditation focuses on building your resilience.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Tuesday, raise your words but not voice. It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder.
