Every oak tree started out as a couple of nuts who stood their ground.

Hello Followers,

HAPPY HUMP DAY,

As I was preparing for this post, a thought came over me; What would it be like to be an oak tree?

Trees represent life, peace, growth, and nature.

They provide us with numerous benefits necessary for our survival, including shade, food, clean air.

Besides this, trees are a symbol of hope and encouragement to persevere even in the worst of storms.

They teach us to stay true to our roots while we soar at great heights.

Since the earliest of times, there has been a close connection between oaks and humans.

Oaks represent longevity, stability, fertility, power, endurance, and strength.

Trees teach us to keep growing and going forward every day.

Oak trees symbolize persistence, represent passionate love and a strong connection.

When you doubt yourself, you should remember that all big things have a small start, just like the big oak tree.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

November 29

THE BRANCHES OF AN OAK reach outside and upward toward the sky, its branches are like tenacles; some gnarled, others straight as if they are floating midair.

The oak always reaches greater heights and wider horizons.

They are a spectacular sight to behold, strong sturdy, and expansive.

Be like the oak and never stop reaching.

Always stretch yourself further and when you think you have reached enough, keep reaching.

There is no telling where you will end up.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

This 10-minute guided meditation will lead you to a powerful expanding experience.

This powerful expansion can occur on different levels, including:

Physical Expansion:

Some individuals may describe a sensation of their physical boundaries dissolving or feeling larger than their physical body.

They may feel a sense of energy or lightness in their body.

Mental Expansion:

During this meditation, the mind may become more spacious and expansive.

Thoughts may slow down or cease, allowing for a greater sense of mental clarity, peace, and a broader perspective.

This expanded mental state may lead to insights, creativity, or a sense of interconnectedness.

Emotional Expansion:

This Meditation can also bring about an expansion of emotions. One might experience a deep sense of joy, love, compassion, or bliss.

This emotional expansion can lead to a greater capacity for empathy and connection with others.

Spiritual Expansion:

For some individuals, meditation can open a sense of connection to something beyond themselves, such as a higher power, the universe, or a transcendent state of being.

This spiritual expansion often involves a feeling of unity, oneness, or interconnectedness with all things.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words walk, meditation, and Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Thursday, the strongest oak of the forest is not the one

that is protected from the storm and hidden from the sun.

It is the one that stands in the open where it is compelled

to struggle for its existence against the winds and rains and the scorching sun.
