Everyone has a story to tell.
Hello Followers,
Welcome to Tuesday!
As we associate with others today, before we interact with them just remember that they may have gone through some anxiety, depression, or some type of change.
There is a story to tell!'
But not everyone tells their story.
And we do not always ask.
Sharing the stories that shaped your life does not make you weak.
It makes you human.
When we share stories of the defining moments in our lives, we connect at a deeper level, beyond roles and goals.
When you get to know another person, it helps you understand them.
It is not about exposing dark secrets.
It is about understanding the life events that made people into who they are.
When you know that, you start to accept people more unconditionally; you begin to understand what makes them tick.
And it results in stronger and deeper relationships, personally and professionally.
People might understand us a little better if we share a little more.
How many people do you work with or see every day and you do not know their story?
Just remember everyone has a story.
So, today step out of your comfort zone and spend time with someone and get to know them.
Let them tell their story!
Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

HOLDING SPACE FOR ANOTHER PERSON requires active listening through presence and respect.
When people share their stories, they invite you in with a bid for connection.
Giving them the time and space to express themselves is an offering and deep connections are formed with each interaction.
We tend to get wrapped up in our own story when we need to listen.
Try to really hear what they are saying and offer the empathy and love they are seeking.
Open your ears when others choose you to open their hearts to you.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
A guided meditation to help with contemplating if you are in a bad cycle and help in concluding how you, yourself can change things.
This meditation is one where you let your mind work things out automatically as you let go into receiving your own answers.
It may take a little time for you to see the answers as this guided meditation opens your mind to yourself and the world around.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Wednesday, stories can conquer fear, you know. They can make the heart bigger.
