Everyone has been made for some particular work and the desire for that work has been put in every heart.

THIS WEEK CONTINUING ON, WHAT IS LIFE ABOUT AND WHAT IS THE MEANING OF LIFE? AND WHY DO WE EXIST? PLUS, CONTINUING ON THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.

Hello followers,

It is Tuesday and we cannot wait for Thursday, for it will be the first day of fall.

I do not know about you, but Dan I cannot wait for the cool weather and pumpkin spice coffee.

So, until then let us begin as Dan and I have been blogging about our experiences with alternative treatments for cancer and the after care of keeping healthy; have taken it one step farther by adding a fundamental part of why we exist.

Last week we started to blog on the properties of life, characteristic traits.

Dan and I have posted on four characteristic traits: organization, metabolism, homeostasis, and growth.

Today we will be exploring the fifth trait, Reproduction-

Living organisms can reproduce themselves to create new organisms.

Reproduction can be either asexual, involving a single parent organism, or sexual, requiring two parents.

Single-celled organisms, like the dividing bacterium shown in the panel of the image down below can reproduce themselves simply by splitting in two!

In sexual reproduction, two parent organisms produce sperm and egg cells containing half of their genetic information, and these cells fuse to form a new individual with a full genetic set.

This process, called fertilization, is illustrated in the image down below.

Tomorrow, Response-

In combining our physical and mental functions, we can control our bodies and keep them healthy.

It took me a long time to realize this for myself.

Hopefully, this will help you, our followers.

So, let us discuss one of the seven life multipliers, that Dan and I had been posting on.

Last week we posted, self-empowerment and self-control and yesterday the third one, renewable vitality.

Today it is on, Emotion Mastery-

A person with emotion mastery can manage and change the way they feel and cope with situations.

They are also able to reframe negativity into positive actions.

Until Wednesday, the next life multiplier will be, Conscious Communication-

SEPTEMBER – 20th, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about September that is so significant during this month?

National Dog Week – September 20, 2022

As I did my research on a celebration for today, it brought a lot of memories for Dan and me; for we have so many happy times with our Buddy.

National Dog Week takes place from September 20 to 27 each year to show appreciation for our furry companions.

Dogs have been companions to humans for at least 14,000 years, but the relationship changed a lot over the centuries.

The writer and war veteran, Captain William Judy sought to take dogs out of the doghouse.

He dedicated his life after the war to improving the conditions for canines and helping educate dog owners on the proper way to care for dogs depending on their breed.

He once wrote, “Don’t call a man a dog, it’s unfair to the dog.”

This quote perfectly sums up his perspective on the matter.

The WWI veteran, Captain William Lewis Judy, founded National Dog Week in 1928.

He started this holiday to appreciate the role dogs play in our lives and to educate people about their responsibilities toward their canines.

During that time, it was common for families to leave their dogs chained outside.

Dogs were allowed to roam free, and no leash laws were in place, leaving the animal at risk of being lost or hit by cars.

This is vastly different from the way dog owners usually treat their pets today, and a large part of that change can be accredited to Judy.

After the war, Judy began authoring stories about his experiences.

He published under the pseudonym Weimer Port, a name derived from the dog breed Weimaraner.

After that, he graduated to authoring books about dogs, such as “The Dog Encyclopedia” and many others that followed.

He also purchased “Dog World Magazine” in 1923 where he wrote and edited essays.

The magazine continued after his death; the final issue being published in September 2012.

Judy aimed to improve the lives of dogs and did that and more.

His writings educated dog owners on various breeds, their needs, and successful training methods.

Judy founded the Dog Writers Association of America in 1935.

This was to encourage the publication of more dog-related works and award those who produced quality writing.

In his book, “Don’t Call a Dog a Man,” Judy wrote lovingly about what the dog-human relationship should look like.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

LIFE CAN GO IN MANY DIRECTIONS BUT THE BELIEF IN YOURSELF IS THE MAP TO THE UNKNOWN.

Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, ten-minute relaxation, For mind and body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; TASTE-

EFFECTS OF FOOD GROUPS ON THE BODY-

ACID-FORMING FOODS:

Sugar, honey, fats and oils, white flour, beans, whole grains, cereals, red meat, fish, chicken, and eggs.

BUFFER FOODS:

Yogurt, cream, milk, butter, ice-cream, cheeses, tofu.

ALKALINE-FORMING FOODS

Fruits, salads, green vegetables, potatoes, sea vegetables, salt.

As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to the findings that we all have our own blueprint.

Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.

Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.

It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.

Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.

It is important to know how it works!

Germs and Viruses????

Of all forms of life on Earth, the vast majority are too small to be seen with the naked eye,

inhabiting every minute space in the soil, water, and atmosphere and on and within all larger creatures.

It was from such lowly forms of life that the higher forms evolved and upon which today the higher forms depend completely for their continued existence.

To believe in the evolution of the species does not mean you have to be an atheist, nor does it mean you must accept word for word Charles Darwin's theory.

That the higher species evolved from more primitive ones had been evident and speculated upon for centuries.

Before Charles was born, his grandfather, Erasmus Darwin, respected doctor, inventor, poet, and writer, himself had authored a thesis on the subject.

Charles Darwin's theory of evolution was new only in that it presented a plausible explanation of the evolutionary process based on observed phenomena and not too much on imagination.

Darwin did not invent the theory of evolution; he invented a theory of how it worked.

Darwin believed, at least when his theory was published, that the changes in a species from one generation to another which led eventually to a new species altogether were entirely accidental, random changes.

And that such random changes only became permanent if they conveyed an advantage giving a better chance of survival.

He called this process natural selection, and from this concept arose the expression survival of the fittest.

Until tomorrow-

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page. PARTICULAR WORK

Everyone has been made for some particular work and the desire for that work has been put in every heart. #everyonehasbeen#made#someparticular#particular#work#thedesire#every

Until Wednesday, lean forward into your life. Begin each day as if it were on purpose.
