The short film “HOPE” is about the journey of a newborn baby sea turtle named Aqua.
During his journey, he faces many obstacles from human pollution to different predators.
Using his mind and courage he overcomes one obstacle after the other, until he reaches his destination.
Just before he enters the sea, he witnesses a life-changing scene, where he bravely over comes and grows as a character.

WHEN HARD TIMES HAPPEN, look for the glimmer of hope and the presence of grace.
Even when difficulties arise, there is goodness to behold.
Grace sticks out because it is given when we may think it is underserved.
Time and again we are giving and receiving grace from the universe, and from hope takes root.
Look for the silver lining, for all storms come to an end.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
