Hello Followers,

Monday! Monday!

Let us get ready for the new week ahead.

Many of us go through our daily routines on automatic pilot, barely noticing what we are doing.

There is an easy way to focus your attention on the present moment.

It is to focus on simple tasks.

For example, make your bed first thing in the morning with one hundred per cent focus and attention.

This will create a calm transition from bedroom and sleep to the outside world and the rest of your day.

Similarly, when cleaning your teeth or brushing your hair, notice every sensory detail.

You might also find useful to sit quietly for a few minutes in the morning so that you can calmly contemplate the day ahead, instead of rushing straight into your day’s activities.

I wished I had practiced this when I was much younger.

THE WORD OF THE DAY- PRUNE

We all have shed our leaves like a tree.

Sickness prunes it down; and it no longer offers the same outline to the eyes which loved it, to the people to whom it afforded shade and comfort.

Clarity is the most important thing.

You can compare clarity to pruning in gardening.

You know, you need to be clear.

If you are not clear, nothing is going to happen.

You must be clear.

Then you must be confident about your vision.

And after that, you just must put a lot of work in.

Great projects, like great careers and relationships that last, are gardens.

They are tended, they shift, they grow.

They endure over time, gaining a personality and reflecting on their environment.

When something dies or fades away, we prune, replant, and grow again.

PRUNE OLD GROWTH

What no longer serves the larger purpose of your life?

As you refine your goals and hone your direction, you will realize that not every path is worth wandering down.

Do not be afraid to prune back the habits and parts of yourself that interfere with the direction in which you are attempting to grow.

What remains will be strong and intentional ready to be a foundation for new growth and blooms.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Listening to this 10-minute guided meditation is a powerful way to reconnect with the present moment and rejuvenate your mind and spirit.

This meditation invites you to let go and truly embrace the now.

It helps you shed the weight of yesterday and the apprehension of tomorrow, leaving you with a sense of newness and clarity.

Take a moment to listen and allow this meditation to anchor you in the present, providing a much-needed mental reset and a refreshed perspective on the world around you.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Tuesday, you cannot go back and change the beginning,

but you can start where you are and change the ending.
