Hello Followers,

Happy Hump Day,

FORGIVE
FORGIVE

It is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, to forgive.

Forgiving yourself also means making an active effort to do better in the future.

As you approach similar situations, reflect on how you felt about your past mistakes.

Rather than feeling guilty about those past errors, remind yourself about what you learned and how you can use that knowledge and experience to guide your actions going forward.

While self-forgiveness is a powerful practice, it is important to recognize that this model is not intended for people who unfairly blame themselves for something for which they are not responsible.

People who have suffered abuse, trauma, or loss, for example, may feel shame and guilt even though they have no control.

This can be particularly true when people feel they should have been able to predict, and therefore avoid, a negative outcome.

You cannot travel back in time to fix your mistakes, but you can learn from them and forgive yourself for not knowing better.

QUICK WAY TO FRESHEN THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL

If your kitchen has a mystery smell, it might be your garbage disposal!

Here is a quick and easy way to freshen it up so it smells (and works) like new! 🌿✨

What You will Need:

Ice cubes

Salt (1/2 cup)

Baking soda (1/2 cup)

Lemon or lime peels

White vinegar (1 cup)

How to Freshen It Up:

Deodorize with Baking Soda & Vinegar: Pour 1/2 cup of baking soda into the disposal, followed by one cup of white vinegar.

Let it fizz and sit for 10-15 minutes.

Grind Ice and Salt: Add a handful of ice cubes and 1/2 cup of salt to the disposal, then run it with cold water.

The ice and salt help remove stuck-on debris from the blades.

Add Citrus Freshness: Toss in lemon or lime peels and turn on the disposal for a fresh, citrusy scent!

In this 10-minute guided meditation journey, you begin feeling as weightless as air.

This meditation serves as a gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner self.

Through soothing narration and serene music, it guides you on a path of relaxation, releasing tension and inviting a sense of calm into your being.

By dedicating just, a fraction of your day to this practice, you gift yourself the opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit, emerging refreshed, revitalized, and as light as air.

Until Thursday, love yourself, accept yourself, forgive yourself and be good to yourself, because without you the rest of us are without a source of many wonderful things.
