Hello Followers,

It is Hump Day!

HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY.

Also, join us in wishing our granddaughter, Violet, a second happy birthday.

Love you and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Right now, on this day is a great lesson to share with you that Dan and I have learned together over the years.

It is that happiness is a journey not a destination.

And I am very grateful this Valentine’s Day that my journey has him by my side.

Notice today as you read this post - how you are scanning over it.

Slow down and read with your full attention, absorbing the full meaning of the words, and not skipping sections.

How different does this feel from usual?

Does it make you feel more relaxed?

Do words affect you more deeply?

As you do this, remember happiness is a journey and not a destination.

THE WORD OF THE DAY- CYCLE

You hurt and you heal, you build and release, and it is all part of the same process - it is life.

Each cycle is a signal that you are not stuck.

And even though you will lose some things, you are strong enough to keep going long after you think you cannot.

In the most unlikely of places, you make real connections.

Grace finds you.

You will see worthwhile things growing in the dirt of imperfection.

So, if you want to know where this cycle is going, or why the last one had to end, or when the next one is coming, ground yourself in the truth that every single shifting cycle brings with it new life.

Another chance.

An experience you are here for.

EVERY YEAR ALLOWS REBIRTH

Every winter, no matter how long and cold, fades into warmth eventually.

The cycle of life has its ebbs and flows, full of death and rebirth.

When the world emerges in the spring, we all take part.

It is not just the flowers that bloom.

Our hearts and bodies flourish in the gentle warmth of the changing seasons.

Though it will eventually grow hot and even harsh, we welcome the turn of the world and the changing of the seasons as a journey we take together.

The changes keep the world alive, and us with it.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

This 5-minute guided meditation for spiritual growth helps you connect with sacred symbolism to receive a message that is unique to you!

After the meditation, to take this deeper, we recommend journaling on the following questions.

 1. What did the nautilus look like to you?

2. How did it make you feel?

3. What did it represent?

4. Thinking about it more deeply, now, what other thoughts does a nautilus bring to mind?

5. How is this relevant to you currently?

6. How can you apply this meaning towards steps forward in your life?

7. What did the flower look like?

8. How did it make you feel?

9. What does it represent to you?

10. How can you apply this to your life moving forward?

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Thursday, every cycle is one of becoming, but not always one of blooming.

Be gracious with your ever-evolving self.
