Hello Followers,

It is Friday!

The weekend will be starting soon.

As we start the weekend, just remember the ordinary can be extraordinary.

Mindfulness is seeing things with fresh eyes.

Take a daily routine activity, such as cleaning your teeth, and be curious and alert about yourself, noticing every sensory detail.

Pay attention to the contours of your mouth and the sensation of the brush against each tooth.

Notice if you are thinking ahead of what you are doing next and if so, gently turn your attention back to the present.

As I did this routine activity this morning, it taught me to focus on the now.

And every time I thought about what I was going to do today, I would switch to my teeth.

See if you can do this!

Can you see it with fresh eyes?

THE WORD OF THE DAY- VULNERABLE

Often, we put on a pretend face, fearing others might discover that we are not as strong as we want to be.

Truth is that vulnerability is the foundation of our own self confidence.

Sure, for us to be stronger, to feel more confident, it requires us to let go of our guards and allow the fullest experience of life to unfold; that includes the good and the bad.

The fear would eventually come but it is also what allows us to find strength and truth within.

Vulnerability, in fact, is what will make us stronger.

Stop hiding your weaknesses.

You are only waging war inside yourself.

Those constant mixed feelings of insecurities are no place for anyone to be in.

BE VULNERABLE

Sharing yourself with others is not easy; it can even be painful.

It is not something that everyone is capable of giving to other people what we would usually keep for ourselves.

Exposing our flaws and anxieties is a difficult process, and we can only hope that others will return their own vulnerability in exchange.

To be vulnerable is, however, incredibly brave, and something to be proud of even when it is not returned.

Do not let anyone make you feel ashamed of your ability to be vulnerable – vulnerability is a superpower.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Vulnerability and openness are two powerful aspects of human nature that play a profound role in personal growth and emotional resilience.

Embracing vulnerability involves the willingness to expose our true selves, acknowledging our imperfections, and acknowledging our fears.

Rather than being a sign of weakness, vulnerability empowers us to connect deeply with others and foster genuine relationships.

Openness, on the other hand, is a state of receptivity and acceptance.

By being open, we allow new experiences and perspectives to enter our lives, creating opportunities for learning and personal development.

Inner strength emerges when we courageously confront our vulnerabilities and remain open to the possibilities they offer.

This strength is not about suppressing emotions, but about acknowledging and processing them with compassion and self-awareness.

When vulnerability and openness are embraced, they become the pillars on which our inner strength is built, guiding us towards greater emotional resilience and a more authentic way of living.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Saturday, embrace your vulnerability and celebrate your flaws; it will let you appreciate the world around you and make you more compassionate.
